Omg! I will never forget...
Omg! I will never forget this trip to Cinque Terre with my husband. Our guides Chris and Anna were just fantastic. They explained everything perfectly and gave us fantastic recommendations throughout the trip. Simply a lovely experience. 10/10 recommended!

This was a very lovely...
This was a very lovely and well organized day to the coast. Marta was a great guide and kept us on track and helped with recommendations during down time. Personally I would have skipped Pisa but the overall day was lovely with friends and family. Cannot thank Marta enough for the help throughout the tour.

Bad start to a great tour
This started off badly with miscommunication about the fact that check-in was required across the road from the meeting point. The people working there were also quite rude and unfriendly. There is better customer service at McDonald’s! Having said that, the rest of the tour, from the transportation to the several guides, went perfectly. The guides were fantastic and this tour was very memorable indeed.

Manuel was a great...
Manuel was a great storyteller who brought Florence’s history and the Medici family’s stories to life. The tour provides a good overview of the city and its history before exploring further on your own. The group size is around 20–30 people—not too large, but staying closer to the guide helps you hear and follow the explanations. One thing to note: the fee paid on Viator is just a reservation fee. At the end of the tour, you pay what you feel the experience was worth. Audio equipment rental costs an additional €1.50.
