Pleasantly surprised!
We originally were only interested in the boat ride and tried to get out of the walking tour. The customer service representative convinced me to please give it a try. Thankfully we conceded. Our tour guide was very well prepared and his presentation skills were excellent. Really enjoyed the wealth of knowledge that he shared with us.

Great bus day trip to Niagara
My wife and I thought a day outing by bus from Toronto would be the best hassle free way to do it. We were right. We were aboard the bus outside Ripley’s Aquarium at 8am. Our driver/guide Miki was terrific. He seemed to know a lot about everything we passed on our journey of over 2 hours to Niagara, where we would be spending 3 hours. We stopped for maple syrup tasting and a bit of shop browsing, had a photo stop for a dam and hydro electric works, and again for the floral clock before finally reaching Niagara. We had booked to go on the boat to the falls. Miki sorted the tickets out for us and advised us to do that first before taking in the other sights. We wore waterproof jackets and trousers for the boat trip, with the plastic poncho’s provided on top. That was the right move because everyone on the top deck was thoroughly drenched. You can stay behind glass on the lower deck if you don’t want to get wet. The sheer noise, wind, and spray from the Canadian horseshoe falls in particular is incredible. After the boat trip, we had a cheap and cheerful lunch, although Miki had recommended a number of better places to eat if we wanted to walk up the hill through the LA or Blackpool like amusements, sideshows, and ghost houses. On the bus trip back we were provided with bottles of water and allowed to sit back and enjoy the journey. This was a fantastic day trip and well worth the money. Great without the hassle, and with a top driver/guide. Highly recommended.

Niagra Falls was more than just the falls
Niagra Falls tour gave you tidbits of information about the falls themselves as well as some of the surrounding buildings. Definitely would recommend taking the tour with Parminder. She was very informative and willing to answer any questions. She would show us pictures/video at different parts so we could have a visual of what she was talking about.
It was also nice not having to wait in any lines. Parminder would give us our tickets and tell us where and when to meet back up. We were never rushed and always had plenty of time to enjoy each area.

Incredible tour - lots of wildlife seen
This was the best whale-watching tour I’ve ever been on. The boat was comfortable and easy to navigate. The deck hands, first mate, and captain were knowledgeable and took us to see some incredible wildlife. The added bonus of having the phots included allowed us to focus on the experience instead of looking through a camera lens. Incredible and would book again!

Outstanding!
A must-do! We traveled in October and knew it may be chilly for this adventure and it was. Very misty - you WILL get very wet/soaked. Hilarious though. Our tour guide Peggy was THE BEST. Request her if possible. She was informative, fun, engaging, and made the trip 100% fantastic. A++++

Melissa’s unmistakably great experience! (Pun intended!)
Our tour guide was Joshua and he was energetic, knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and interactive with the entire group! I recommend eating or taking breakfast with you or maybe a couple of snacks and a water bottle for the day. The lunch stop was close to 2:00. Since Moraine Lake was closed this time of year, we did a short hike (about 45min round trip) at Marble Canyon, which was my favorite part of the day. I recommend dressing in layers, as we saw all sorts of weather throughout the day. Was happy to have my raincoat. When in the town of Banff, we ate at Melissa’s Missteak, which was great. The staff was friendly and put our team’s hockey game on for us. There was not much time for shopping for souvenirs, so if that is important to you, I would choose a quick place for your lunch stop.
If you only have 1 day to spend in Banff, this tour will cover some highlights and will teach you some Canadian geography and history!

Our guide Tim was...
Our guide Tim was excellent and very knowledgeable and was a joy to have as our guide. Loved the boat ride and was an awesome experience! Was a little disappointed in the journey behind the falls as we didn't realize it was going to be so crowded and tight in the tubes and tunnels and long lines for the elevators. Very claustrophobic!

Great experience!
We arrived well before our allotted reservation time, but the staff easily accommodated us and reset our times. We were there for the first snow of the season and it was SPECTACULAR! You can take the brief hike up a lot of stairs to the observatory deck which is amazing. Overall worth the cost!

Exploring the suspension bridge
My grandson's first time to Canada and I really wanted to take him to the suspension bridge. Didn't realize we came at a perfect time for kids since it was all decorated for Halloween. We all had a fun time. Definitely got in our 10k steps here. This grandma is definitely feeling it...lol but so glad we came.

An incredible and unforgettable experience!
An incredible and unforgettable experience! Flyover Vancouver offers a unique way to discover the beauty of Canada from a whole new perspective. The immersive effects, stunning visuals, and realistic sensations make you feel like you’re truly flying over Vancouver. Everything was well organized, and the experience was both exciting and relaxing. Highly recommended for visitors and locals alike—definitely a highlight of our time in Vancouver!

Fantastic tour
This was a fantastic tour. Our tour guide was very engaging and knew a lot about the falls. She gave us lots of tips about the area and the history of the falls. We were not expecting the amount of walking involved. It was probably about 2+ miles from start to finish.

A great way to see Vancouver
A great way to see Toronto. We flew on a HARBOUR AIR DE HAVILLAND TURBINE OTTER DHC-3T which is a plane with a single seat on the left and double bench seat on the right. 2 of us sat in the single seats and 2 on a bench seat which meant one of the group didn’t have a window seat.
The flight was around 20 minutes with about 10 minutes for take off and landing.
The tour covers the whole of Vancouver and really shows you what the city and region looks like. There is no commentary from the pilot which was a little disappointing as it would have been nice to know where we were during the trip.
Overall it was definitely worth the money
