This is definitely an amazing experience that we won’t forget for a lifetime. Dylan, our pilot, and Madi, our dogsled team leader were 10/10!! The whole process was very smooth and simple - the helicopter ride to the glacier, snuggling with the dogs and puppies, and dogsledding were incredible times that I highly recommend to anyone!

Frank, the tour operator, did a poor job of explaining the history of Juneau and the sites. He talked very fast and off the cuff. The tour regarding the actual view of the Mendenhall Glacier and Nugget Falls were both phenomenal. It was a disservice for the operator to not benefit from beauty of it all on behalf of the tourists.

Excellent tour! Captain Jesse, Mark, and Theo were excellent crew/guides. Lots of knowledge about the wildlife we got to see. Would highly recommend this excursion. We saw whales, eagles, largely took us to see a huge eagle’s nest, and harbor seals. So much fun!

This was an awesome tour and our kids loved it. It sent my husband and I down a Google rabbit hole learning about gold mining. We loved Doug (the salty retired miner who led the underground portion.) I wish we had time to buy him a drink and listen to his stories about his time as a miner. He did a great job of making sure all the kids could see in the front and took great pains to make sure their ear protection was in correctly before turning on the machinery. It was impressive to see the equipment they use and how much engineering, geology, and chemistry come together to make gold mining possible. Rick, who led the gold panning portion, was great with the kids. Everyone found little gold flakes thanks to him and his teaching abilities. I enjoyed talking with him about the local area, the gold mine’s relationship to the local indigenous population, and his background. We got to spend a solid 20-25 minutes learning to pan for gold at the end. The gal who taught the mining overview portion really knew her stuff and answered all of our random questions. She was really pleasant and patient with some wild questions from a few of the visitors. The length of this portion was perfect and they even have overhead heaters they turned on in the outdoor classroom area where we sat. I definitely recommend this!

Our Skagway shore excursion with Frontier Excursions & Adventures was absolutely fabulous! From the port pickup onward, everything was seamless. Our guide, Beverly, was phenomenal. She brought Skagway's history to life with gripping tales of the gold rush era, especially during our stop at the historic cemetery. She paced the mini-bus tour perfectly, giving us plenty of time to capture stunning photos at the White Pass Summit, the beautiful waterfalls, and the breathtaking city overlook. If you want an engaging, seamless, and beautifully narrated tour of Skagway, request Beverly. We couldn't have asked for a better day!

We had a great time in Sitka touring with Erin! We enjoyed both the Raptor Center and the Fortress of the Bear. Yes, they're kind of touristy, but they're great opportunities to see the animals up close and learn more about them. We also enjoyed our hikes in the woods. Erin worked hard to make sure we put plenty of fun in our tour. We're not a big fan of big bus tours, so we really enjoyed the 10 passenger van. It allowed Erin to be more flexible. For example, two members of our tour group were a little late, so Erin took us on a quick side trip to see some sights until the others arrived. It was definitely a great value!

We had such a fun experience on this duck tour. Only thing I can say that I observed was difficulty getting on and off the tour bus boat by people who had mobility impairments. This was not anyone with our immediate group, but was an observed thing I could see being a concern, as there are numerous steps that you have to climb up and back down.

Fun excursion for almost any age. Exciting with a sense of adventure, yet safe ATV riding under the skillful guidance of Dillon and Parker. Magnificent views, with some interesting history thrown in, I’d recommend checking this tour out when in the Denali area.
