This flight was an AMAZING way to experience Denali National Park, especially in the winter! Our pilot was incredible and was able to give great commentary the entire time! Beautiful views all around! Highly recommend!!

One of the most spectacular experiences of our Alaska trip!
We flew with K2 Aviation out of Talkeetna for a flightseeing tour over Denali National Park, and WOW! Seeing Denali, Ruth Glacier, the enormous snowfields and seemingly endless mountains from a small plane was absolutely breathtaking. Pictures simply cannot capture the scale and beauty of this part of Alaska.
Our pilot, Riley, was fantastic, and our flight ended up including an experience we never could have planned. Conditions allowed us to land on a glacier, where we picked up two climbers/skiers who had been stranded there for three days! Watching Riley handle the glacier landing and pickup while surrounded by those massive mountains made the whole experience feel like something straight out of National Geographic.
We booked this expecting a beautiful sightseeing flight and came away with a true once-in-a-lifetime Alaska experience.
If you're visiting Talkeetna and considering a Denali flightseeing tour, DO IT—and K2 Aviation gets an enthusiastic 5/5 from us!

Incredible! Breathtaking! We absolutely loved our flight with Danny. She was a wonderful pilot and we all felt very safe in her hands. I think we were the last flight of the day to actually land on the glacier, so be prepared for the weather to change in a matter of minutes!
We had a terrific time with our flight out to Mt Denali and landing on the glacier. The experience is certainly weather dependent in terms of views and whether you can even land on the glacier. I would advise to check the weather the day beforehand to have some sense of if the weather will cooperate for you. Views of the Ruth Glacier and the surrounding mountains were incredible! And the fact that you can land on a glacier is super cool!
Absolutely unreal experience- it was mind-blowing landing on a glacier! We were blessed with a perfect weather day and got insane views of the Alaskan range and all the glaciers around. Mt. Denali showed up in full grandeur. Our pilot was amazing and the take off and landing was super smooth and exciting. Cannot recommend this trip enough!
Definitely a once in a lifetime experience and totally worth it. We got to see Denali and other mountains and landed in Ruth amphitheater near Denali. Saw some glaciers and beautiful scenes everywhere..

Amazing experience- our pilot Ben flew us (just my husband & I) up around Denali and glaciers the views were breathtaking. Ben was very informative of the area and shared his knowledge. I would totally do this again!
We had a wonderful time flightseeing even though we weren’t able to land on the glacier due to weather. It was amazing to see Alaska’s landscape from the air.

Fabulous and incredible are two words that come to mind but still falls short of how truly amazing the flight experience was. Check in process was seamless. The view of Mount Denali, and the surrounding mountains on a very clear day with blue sky was jaw dropping. The flight takes you into places surrounded by tall snow covered cliffs and lands on an ice field. You can see Denali right in front. Definitely recommend doing this flight.
It was a once in a lifetime amazing experience. Our tour guide was amazing. The views were breathtaking, and the kids had a blast playing in the snow when we landed on Ruth Glacier. We would definitely recommend this to anyone with or without children. The flight was very smooth.

Fantastic experience for our family of 9! We felt safe and comfortable with our pilot and he was very knowledgeable. We were booked on a day that was filled with rain and clouds. K2 very graciously rebooked us for the next day, which turned out to be gorgeous and sunny! Glacier boots and sunglasses if needed were provided. Highly recommend!!!

WONDERFUL experience! Our pilot, Joe, was very skilled at flying his plane! The views were spectacular! We loved walking around the plane and having a snowball fight! God’s beauty was all around us!
The only day we had available for this happened to bring rain and low clouds all dang day. We are updated constantly with the conditions, continually asked if we wanted to refund, rebook for later in the day, or the next day. We pushed back our reservation multiple times with no hassle to try and catch the sun (it didn't happen). We ultimately had to cancel and get a refund since we didn't have another day.
I was completely happy with the updates and attempts to get us in. That is why I am 5 starring an event that we didn't even get to do. This company rocks and is very much a pleasure to deal with.
This is a must do if you come to alaska! The Views are amazing and cannot be explained with words. K2 Aviation did a great job and special thanks to our pilot Ben you did an outstanding job has answering our questions handling the plane with perfection. Again I would highly recommend you will not regret it.
