Fantastic! Lots of fun if information about the history of Zurich. Virgina was wonderful and made the trip fun. Lindt is worth the trip and the cruise back was a nice way to end the day. Highly recommend!

Great tour. Nice overview of Zurich. Guide was great. Cruise, chocolate museum and walking tour was highlights

Great day out!

Victoria_W, Jul 2026
A family group of 6, ranging from 11 years to 80 years and everyone enjoyed it! From the very start before tour began we had some questions these were answered v quickly. At the ticket desk lovely lady very helpful then our tour guide tomas was great!! Very easy to listen to and very knowledgeable. The bus was spotless the small city walk was accessible for all not too long, the boat was great and the lindt factory was brilliant although i think we ate too many samples! We chose to stay longer and come back on our own, tomas explained how to do this and it was very easy! We then made the most of our ticket and got the river boat too. It was a full day out but so well organised would highly recommend!

Maybe not worth it

Michael_L, Jul 2026
A bus ride. A brief walking tour. A 30 minute boat ride and then a visit to the Lindt Chocolate museum. After the museum, which really was the highlight of the outing, a public bus ride back to town. Our guide was very nice, but the tour was average.

Save your money

Steven_D, Jul 2026
Don't do it. The boat apparently had issues and never showed up. No refund either. Paid a lot of money for a chocolate museum ticket and only a bus ride.

A chocolate lover's dream

Wendy_P, Jul 2026
I truly had a wonderful tour at the Lindt Chocolate Museum. The process from harvesting of the coco beans to tasting the delightful flavors of their chocolate had my palate wanting more.

Great tour

Cheryl_P, Jul 2026
We loved the tour. It was so informative and well run. Olga, our guide, was knowledgeable, fun and organized. Definitely worth the time and money.

A Truly Memorable Tour Thanks to Robert

Manisha_B, Jul 2026
Robert was an exceptional tour guide, and we felt incredibly lucky to have him. His kind, gentle, and empathetic nature made every part of the tour enjoyable and memorable. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and shared fascinating insights that helped us learn and appreciate each place we visited. What truly stood out was his genuine care for everyone in the group. He always made sure no one was left behind, gave everyone the opportunity to catch up at a comfortable pace, and ensured that every guest felt included and well looked after. His warm personality, patience, and professionalism made a real difference to our experience. Having a guide like Robert doesn’t just make a tour better,it makes the entire holiday more enjoyable. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable tour.

Excellent, well organized, informative

Well organized , punctual , good way to see Zürich in a short period of time. Highly recommended for families.

Incredible, all day...

Chad_S, Jul 2026
Incredible, all day experience. You have options for transportation and such so ask your guide. No time for food though so eat a big breakfast.

Disappointing - could do on your own

Cathy_L, Jul 2026
Sadly, it was disappointing. The tour guide and driver were not prepared for construction detours resulting in driving in circles. The guide also needed to ask directions on the walking tour to get to the boat because of a bike race. The group was large - a bus load, so 40-45 people. The guide did not have a mic/earphone set for us and often walked way ahead of our large group. She made several confusing announcements regarding how to get back on our own when the tour was planned to end at the train station. Apparently the final leg was on public transportation - we baled and took an Uber. Also, at times the guide was rude - I overheard her tell one guest who asked a question that she had told us that already. Overall, a tour you could do on your own with an Uber, buy a boat ticket and a Lindt museum ticket. On the plus side the young woman at the ticket counter at check in was pleasant and helpful. This was the 10 AM tour on June 28, 2026

Very informative and a fun experience. Guide was knowledgable and friendly. Answered all our questions patiently.

Second half was the star

Natalie_P, Jun 2026
The second part with the chocolate museum, boat ride and the FIFA museum was great. The morning part was spent on the bus too much and we didn't actually walk around old town except for 15 minutes. We didn't have the greatest guide on this trip, which affected our experience.

Awesome!

Debra_M, Jun 2026
Great tour guide Marianne. She was very knowledgable, kind, and an excellent English speaker. Awesome awesome awesome would recommend her.

Take the tour!!

Marsha_R, Jun 2026
Fun experience. We rode the bus for a tour of parts of the city, stopped by the lake for a quick photo, walked through part of Old Town, had a quick boat ride, walked to the Lindt chocolate tour and had the option to take the public bus back to the starting point. Be prepared for parts of the trip to be hot and include walking. Totally fun and worth it!!

A Must See While in Zurich

Ray_G, Jun 2026
Thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Old Town Zurich, Lake Zurich cruise, and visit to the Lindt Chocolate Museum. Tour guide was informative and provided us very interesting info on Zurich and its history. The highlight was visiting Lindt. Great experience and a lot of free samples!

It was what was to be...

Jeff_S, Jun 2026
It was what was to be expected for walking sights, bus route sights. Cruise to lindt was great and Lindt tour was great.

Needed a better tour director

joyce_g, Jun 2026
The sites visited were as expected (especially the Lindt chocolate factory) and the lake cruise was nice. The tour director was not the best though. She spoke in a soft monotone on the bus, and when we asked if she could turn up the volume on the microphone we got a lecture about how no one has ever complained about her voice. When it was time to leave the Lindt factory, she just walked away and expected everyone to follow her. We didn't hear her call everyone together or even take a headcount. Luckily, no one was stranded. All in all, we think this would have been much better with a different tour director.

Loved the boat ride and the chocolate factory was amazing The driver of the bus did so well managing the crazy narrow streets The guide Arisellia was so informative and helpful thank you

Great way to see Zurich and its highlights.

Suzana_B, Jun 2026
Great way to see Zurich and its highlights. Our guide was knowledgable and made the tour interesting. I did both the Lindt Chocolate and FIFA tours and would recommend both as optional extras to consider.

Good Tour

SunilArvind_H, Jun 2026
The old city tour and the villas tour was exciting you really see a lot of good houses and the view of the zurich from top and the old new city The cruise was average as the distance was very less but the layout of the seating was really good and table chair of restaurant style enjoyed a lot The chocolate museo It is not a factory but a history of the chocolate manufacturing with the history and various methods of manufacturing from 1800 AD This gives a glimpse of the process and multiple stages of chocolate tasting 1 liquid 3 tyes 2 bar 10 types 3 round 8 types 4 the last bar with a play overall it was good

Excellent!
