We were 6 minutes late due to ride problems and were left in the dust. Called and texted - asked that someone double back to pick us up. Still waiting for reply.

Leighton was a wonderful guide. He was knowledgeable about Switzerland and Zurich and also shared personal experiences that gave us deep insight into the state of affairs—cultural and political and historical—in the city and the country. We enjoyed this tour as we wondered the Zürich cobblestone streets, into churches, by the waterways and to other interesting places. Gustavo was a great guide. He told interesting facts and stories about the history of the city which made it a fun experience. We ended the trip by going to a chocolate stop. Yum!!

My tour guide for this experience was Gustavo P. He was friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about Zurich. At each stop on the tour, he helped orient us geographically within the city. Gustavo clearly loved sharing Zurich with us and told us not only cultural and historical knowledge but also where locals head for a night out, etc. As a small group, he was able to make the tour feel personal. I learned tons and had a great time!!

Zakiel knew absolutely nothing. I didn't know the history of Zurich. He didn't tell us dates, facts, people's names, anything. He'd just take us to the place and take our picture. They should learn/study first. He told us more about his life and tastes than Zurich.
