It is a long day (the tour ended up being a little over 10 hours) but Niagara Falls was great. Be aware that the tour is on a large coach bus so there is some waiting at times waiting for others to get back in the bus. Tip: If you are not doing the journey behind the falls excursion wait to eat until you get to Niagara Falls. Also make sure to wear quick drying clothes/shoes especially if you are going on the boat.
First time to Toronto and booked this day trip to see Niagara Falls. 10/10 would recommend.
Kumar drove the bus and took us around and he was so incredibly amazing ! He is one of the best tour guides I've seen - he's funny, friendly, shares interesting info as we pass by, and he ensured everyone's safety and comfort. He made the experience so much better and all the attractions that was included was so worth. It did take all day but Kumar kept us updated with etas to next destination, was clear in instructions and meet up times, and was funny too.
The tour is a great way to see from the Niagara Falls from so many different perspectives. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and also gave tips on how to spend time in each portion of the tour to maximise our time.
Great day with a lot fitted in. We did all the activities and had a fabulous day. Shaz was great and looked after us all day, making sure we saw everything.

Had a great experience on this trip - Kumar was a great tour guide, kept us updated on what to expect, clear and concise instructions, was very patient with those who decided they were more important than others in the tour party when failing to return at the specified time. It was a great trip though, did the tower over the falls, Joiurney behind the falls and of course the boat trip under the falls which was the highlight of the day

It's a long day but worth the experience. Shahz is an excellent guide, pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. You have to see Niagara Falls. There are a few stops on the way and I could have done without the maple and chocolate tasting, which is minor, but it was a chance to have lunch and the food was good. Highly recommend Shahz and Viator.
We went for the all inclusive version covering Behind the Falls, cruise and Skylon Tower. Worth doing all 3. Plenty of time for each. The maple syrup / chocolate tasting was a nice extra. Haroon was very knowledgeable.
Tour guide was friendly but the reason I didnt mark this a 5 star it was becuase the tour guide was 15 minutes late due to a bus switch that had to be done. this bus had AC but it was clear it was a rundown but parts of the ceiling were falling off and the worst part is it had no bathroom for a 2 hour ride. other passengers needed to also and were forced to wait out the 2 hours since there were also no quick stops made on the way. Additionally the description should say we only get to drive by the floral clock becuase a rest stop wasnt made there to take pictures

We apologize for the delayed start, though we did send an email beforehand regarding the vehicle switch. We would like to clarify that the replacement coach was a newer model equipped with a functional onboard restroom, and we apologize if its location was not clearly pointed out during the trip.

Cover a lot of ground in one day. It would be great if tour could start earlier so that people are not rushed through various activities.

I really enjoyed the tour and had a great day. Haroon was a fantastic guide who led the day brilliantly and helped give advice/ facts each step of the day. As a solo traveller, I’m really glad I chose to do an arranged tour - it takes the stress out of navigation and allows you to make friends throughout the day. I underestimated how beautiful the view would be from the tower and am really glad I booked it so I recommend including that in your booking.
Our trip to Niagara Falls was absolutely beautiful and unforgettable! We visited several different locations around the Falls, allowing us to experience this natural wonder from so many incredible perspectives—behind the Falls, from above, and right at the top of the Falls. Each view was unique and breathtaking.
Our tour guide Mr. Kumar was very friendly and informative, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s also a wonderful experience if you’re traveling solo because you have the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends along the way. I had an amazing day and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Niagara Falls!
It was our first time visiting canada and booked this on a whim at the airport, but so glad we did! Shaz was our tour guide and he was amazing, super punctual, very friendly, good energy, and took us to all the must-see stops at Niagara Falls with side fun facts about the history of the falls. Everything in the itinerary was thoughtfully planned and really made for a very productive day. There's so many tour options on Viator that it can make booking anything overwhelming, but this was an easy all-around choice. 10/10 would recommend :)
Kumal did a great job of making sure we had ample time to see everything on the itinerary. He gave very clear instructions of how much time we had at each stop and when we needed to be back to the bus. Overall would recommend this trip to anyone.
A good option if you don't want an early start which takes in the falls early to late afternoon. Haroon was an excellent guide and driver, providing useful info throughout the day.
Expect to be delayed by other passengers' late return to the bus but Haroon plays it well when it happened for us.
Skipped the queue at the journey behind the falls but nowhere else, but the timing of the boat trip meant the queues were not long.
The 1 hour visit to the maple syrup factory is a nice touch providing a lunch stop albeit the food isn't cheap!

We stopped at so many places in Niagara. Our tour guide parked pretty close and guided us inside. Not many lines to wait on and ample time to visit the sights. We brought heavier rain ponchos and waterproof phone cases from home for the Niagara Company Boat to the falls. The poncho provided by the boat company was rather thin. We also used waterproof phone cases at the Journey Behind the falls stop. This tour is well worth the cost and our driver kept us on schedule without feeling rushed. I would gladly use this company for another tour. Our tour guide was S. Kumar.
Driver was difficult to understand. He could have given more information about the places we stopped (food, shopping). We wish we had more time at the falls and less stops.

Our bus broke down, but our tour guide, Kumar, handled everything professionally and quickly arranged another bus so we could continue our tour. We really appreciated his calm attitude and quick response. Great job, Kumar!
Great fun, comfortable transport and our guide, Shaz was knowledgeable, friendly and interactive. Really enjoyed the experience and definitely recommend to others. We travelled as a family and our teenage daughters really enjoyed listening to the history that Shaz shared as we travelled to the Falls.
It’s the trip you can’t miss out on!! The boat cruise to the horseshoe was a real ‘pinch me’ moment and 100% pleased to have had the experience!!

We had a fantastic trip from Toronto to Niagara with Mr. Kumar. He is full of information and easy going. Our bus had a malfunction with the AC, so we drove to Niagara with just the fans. No worries though. The company had a bus waiting for us at our 2nd stop equipped with AC. And we definitely needed AC. We signed up for the tour that had all the bells and whistles. We saw behind the falls, rode on the City Cruise to get up and personal with the falls and yes, you will get soaked! At the end of our tour, we went up Skylon tour to see a bird's eye view of the falls. This tour is so convenient. You don't need to drive and no need to find a parking spot. Mr. Kumar had all our tickets, and he gets you to the beginning of the line. No waiting for us! Some people in line were not happy with us jumping the line. If you're thinking of booking this trip, you should. You won't regret it!
I gave only 4 stars in order to point out the time constraints.The excursion itself was perfect BUT there was not enough time to enjoy all the attractions. At each activity the waiting lines were long and consequently we had less time left to enjoy the sights and to take picture. The boat ride was the best and the funniest activity so far. I suggest to this company to start the tour at least an hour earlier in order to allow the participants to enjoy each activity.
