Seeing the views at night is truly spectacular. It can be crowded so get there a little early if possible.
Awesome views lots of shops. Worth the time to experience this and explore all the great shops and food choices if you want to dine before the tower
Very great tour in Japan Skytree I will come back for another tour very great time Japan loved it everyone was next
Never saw or met up the guide, so we did it on our own. Guide never responded to emsil, text or phone call. Waste of money for any guide for this event. Its a straight forward tour- there are no deviations.
Easy access in Asakusa with generous room size. Close to Sensoji, and also near Ginza and Asakusa lines.
Super aktivity for all of us-a Must be Düring a visit in this amazing city - also the Place is great

The overall activity was really awesome getting there to see the sunset was neat. The elevator incredibly fast but you will be waiting in long lines and it takes a bit of time to get out of there so make sure you go when you have the energy to enjoy it
We had so much fun at the Skytree! Lots of shopping & good food! The view at the tower was amazing! Highly recommended to visit skytree.
Ok the truth is we never went up the Sky Tree because I was confused. When booking in Tokyo know that there are 3 towers. The Sky Tree, Shibuya, Tower, and the Tokyo Tower. I am sure they are all great and I know first hand that you need advance reservations for the Shibuya Tower. Hope this helps someone.
This Audrey itself was amazing but the ticket I thought I purchased was for the Trimbo deck and the Galleria come to find out. It was only for the Trimbo deck with the title and the purchase was misleading. I thought I paid for both and they said I did not after the fact very disappointed.
Worth the experience for a great view from the top
Not much to do around there but all in all okay for us
Be sure to have a QR code readily available to gain access to the elevators! There is no real meeting point when I booked but somewhere within the confirmation was a link that led me to the QR code. There are multiple signs to have your code ready to show! I arrived early and was able to get in line for my time slot and once I passed through security, was on my way! It’s a bit chaotic but you have the ability for views all over Tokyo (and beyond) if the weather is good. I opted for a near sunset time slot and it was lovely to see the transition with lights starting to come on. Well worth going up to the top observation floor!
This was a tour of a lifetime ! We even went back to eat at the restaurant and done some shopping!! A scenery like you have never seen before
Although very busy the view was amazing and the attraction was well run. There was plenty to do in the area if you arrive early
The overall experience was good. I did notvsee a Viator representative to greet me and tell us where to go for the tour. My daughter and I had to figure it out on your own. I have used Viator many times in the past, and this is thd first time that I have been extremely disappointed with the service.
Views of Tokyo were excellent - however we chose to go at night thinking we would recognise places. We didn’t! If you don’t know Tokyo go during the day. A lift broke down from top floor - huge queues - took best part of an hour in a very crushed environment to get down.
I bought the ticket bundle for the gallery too but they didn't let me in saying that the ticket I bought was only for the observation Deck
The SkyTree Tower was a great experience. Would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Loved it
Check the times for the length of the queue. We went at 2:00pm and there was only a 5 min wait. Great view over Tokyo.
We went on a not particularly busy day and the views are absolutely unbelievable. The visit is an experiencing itself as there are lots of street food stations on the fourth floor and very much a carnival type atmosphere.
We enjoyed it immensely the only thing to watch out for is that all the food stores on the fourth floor are cash only.
Had an absolute great experience highly recommend going up at night!! we had an absolute great time. It was great seeing Tokyo all lit up.
Kenny was great driver and guide. He was flexible with our time and interests. We enjoyed the tour, seeing the sights with only a day to do so.

The tour is generally split into two levels: the Main Deck (150m) and the Top Deck (250m). If you have the time, the Top Deck Tour is worth the upgrade for the smoother, guided experience.
I was held in traffic and called for moving the ticket to next day Viator Booking 1762839423 but to no availability - never to book via Viator again but directly with Japan's seller
Booking tickets for the Tokyo Skytree through Viator turned out to be an incredibly frustrating experience. Entry to the Skytree requires a QR code, and although I had proof of purchase for four tickets for my family, this was not accepted at the entrance.
I made multiple attempts to retrieve the QR code through Viator, but nothing worked. I reached out through their messaging and chat support, but the assistance was minimal and ineffective. Meanwhile, our designated time slot was quickly slipping away, and it became clear that we might miss the experience entirely—despite having already paid.
Eventually, Viator sent the QR code, but it arrived well after our scheduled entry time. I pleaded with the staff on-site, explaining that the delay was not our fault and that Viator had failed to provide the required QR code in time. It was an extremely stressful and disappointing situation that could have easily been avoided with proper support and timely communication.
Amazing views of Tokyo. The whole experience was very well done and the views were unmatched. We went at sunset and saw it transform to night, highly recommend.
Expect extremely long wait times for both entry and exit, especially when lifts are out of operation. (I.e. 2 out of 4 lifts not operating results in 40 minute waits when assessing and even longer when descending from the upper levels.) Really spoils the whole experience when you spend more time queuing than viewing.
