- Please note: in order to drive a snowmobile, a valid, physical, drivers license is required. We cannot accept a picture of the driving license or a provisional driving license.
- 2 adults share 1 snowmobile, single driving is available as supplement for adult.
- Children 2-13 years old are seated in a sledge behind the guide’s snowmobile. We recommend one of the parents to sit with a small child in the sledge for the child’s safety.
- If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability).
- No pickup on this tour, please meet us at the offices in Santa Claus Village 30 minutes before departure
- This tour is not suitable for infants under 2-years-old.
- The snowmobile driver is responsible for any damages to the vehicle, with a self-liability of 950€ per person per snowmobile in case of an accident. Additional insurance can be purchased on site for 15€, reducing self-liability to 150€. This insurance must be purchased before the start of the tour.

We had Aaron as our guide. He is very helpful with our equipment. He was friendly and professional. He explained well with the safety briefing. He took photos of us during the tour. Overall, it was a fun day seeing the forest of Lapland on a snow mobile even on a super cold day. It was -29 Celsius at the start of the tour and the snow suit they provided kept us warm. I highly recommend this company because all of the equipment are in excellent condition.

A lot of fun! You get briefed so the ride is safe. They provide helmets. There is a break in between so you can switch drivers if you want to.. 1 hour was just enough for us to try it out.

Do not book this excursion through Viator. All confirmation emails and app info said 09:30 start. We arrived at the pick up point at 09:10. On the way to the pick up point I received a call from the office saying we were late and we would miss the experience. The man was unhelpful and just said we had missed it and would not receive a refund and we should have been there at 9. After checking all documents nothing gave a suggested start time of 9. When I arrived at the pick up point with 3 disappointed children and 4 adults, the ladies at the desk were more helpful and confirmed it was their error/ Viator error and gave us a refund. However, we didn’t get any rebooking options that were suitable and therefore missed out on snowmobiles in Lapland altogether. All other excursions with other companies were far more efficient.

We were very pleased with the great preparation by Elias and the arctic park team. Very good equipment ie suit boots helmet and gloves. Snowmobile was a wonderful experience for me a 77yr old runner and my wife who used to ride motorcycles in China. Very organized event

Had a very nice driving the snowmobile! We were driving faster than some of the reviews suggested, touching 30kph at times. You share the snowmobile with another person and each person drives 30 minutes. Kids and one parent travel in a sledge driven by the guide. Worth it!

All 7 members of our group really enjoyed this. They provided all the gear and we spent at least an hour out driving the snow mobiles though stunning scenery. Our guide Alex really made this an amazing and unforgettable experience. He was patient and supportive with the more nervous members of group and for those who were more comfortable he quickly had us whizzing over the snow at 40kmh!

Brilliant experience me andy hubby did the first slot 10am for the hour ,it was enough at -30🥶 was ready to get back to a firepit and warm up staff are very helpful so beautiful driving through the snow🥰😍 then you stop staff ask if you would like photos taken,then we swapped over to drive back worth every penny also you get all the gear to wear to keep you warm easy to find in Santa's village

Althrough I could nt find my driving licence at home before to come, i have in lapland; I have been travelling in the trailer of the guide snowmobile with my son, I had a very good time. Nice staff, can take picture and videos for you during the little break. I recommend and I believe my son too!

Booked through Viator. No mention of requiring driving license on the booking page, confirmation email or ticket. Told when visiting the snowmobile park to get overalls, that wouldn't be able to drive without license. Person on desk asked if I could pay for taxi back and fore town centre to get license from hotel. Said was too expensive, agreed they would give me lift to get it. Spanish guy who took me to hotel was a credit to the company. Snowmobiles are great vehicles. On returning to changing rooms after the experience, disappointed that hat had been stolen and that sledge we were told to leave outside had also gone missing.

This is the first time someone didn’t bring their driving license for a snowmobile tour as we have been putting the information about the driving license on Viator, but it may have not shown in an obvious place. Thank you for your feedback, we are reviewing all our snowmobile tour to make sure this information is clearly stated so this was the first and last time this situation happens.
We are also sorry your belongings went missing. It could be that the hat was lost, did you get the chance to check the lost and found? And regarding the sledge, we will try to think of a way to safely store them (unfortunately, all sledges cannot just be taken inside our office)…

Great trip out into the wilderness, we did not know we would experience something so magical , and you also see some wooden cabins dotted in the forest (Elves homes!) when you arrive for the trip it feels disorganised but they do actually have it all under control so don’t panic ! Tip a blanket for your kids who ride in the sleigh

There was a bit of a wait before we started, but we still got a full hour of driving. The instructions were clear and the whole experience was great. Only one little thing: we had to wait for a while and we had no idea why. The kids got a bit bored, so that was a little annoying. The guides were very friendly and the drive was perfect in length for our kids of 4 and 5 years old. They rode in a big sled behind the guide. They had a pillow and a blanket. Husband and I took turns sitting with the kids and driving the snowmobile. I'd recommend that for young kids.

2h de calvaire et de souffrance pour notre fils de 3 ans. Nous avons appelé le matin même de l’activité pour demander le report au lendemain (voyant de la dispo sur leur site) à cause du froid (-22) puisque le lendemain les températures étaient plus clémentes. malheureusement la personne au téléphone n’a pas voulu et l’activité a juste été horrible pour notre fils qui a pleuré de douleurs tout le long car il n’était premièrement pas confortable sous toutes ses couches et surtout parce qu’il avait très mal aux pieds. Je laisse deux étoiles pour les moniteurs qui ont tout essayé pour nous aider et ont été d’une grande compréhension en plus d’avoir fait demi tour pour aller chercher des chaufferettes, chaufferettes qui nous avaient été déconseillées de porter avant par un autre employé… nous n’en gardons aucun bons souvenirs et je conseille à tout le monde de passer par une autre agence

Safari d’une heure entière sur la motoneige.
Deux arrêts durant la promenade pour nous faire profiter du magnifique paysage. Super activité, je recommande les yeux fermés!
