Great choice! Our driver was wonderful. The black Mercedes van that picked we rode in was immaculate. There were phone chargers, waters, and the leather seats faced each other like in a limo. Will definitely book again!

The pick up was a bit challenging pick up but turned out to a fantastic experience. Samantha loaded and unloaded luggage and took great care of my limited mobility father. She made sure he was able to enter and exit the top notch vehicle safely. Riding with her again in a couple days. Would definitely hire again!

I highly recommend this service - Samantha was fantastic. She communicated proactively, arrived ahead of schedule, and expertly managed our family's substantial luggage. Most importantly, she waited for us when we were significantly delayed by a long line in the new European Entry System -- and even helped another family find a new driver, after they realized theirs had left because of the delay.
On our return to the airport, she efficiently guided us through the VAT process and helped navigate my father's need for a wheelchair, accompanying us all the way to security. She went above and beyond in every way, including making a special stop to get ice for my mother's hand after she fell waiting in the EES line. We could not have asked for better care or support.

We had a lovely ride with Samantha both from our hotel in Paris to Disney, and later from Disney to CDG. Communication was good and the vehicle was very nice. She was also great with my 4 year old daughter, even kept a hair clip she lost in the van and gave it to us on our return trip. Would 100% recommend using this service!

Our service was outstanding. We felt very cared for And. Everything went extremely smoothly. Our driver met us at baggage claim with a sign with our name and got us swiftly and safely to our hotel near the Louvre. Everyone was very helpful and we felt safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Samantha was early for pickup and waited patiently for us, had an array of booster seats and car seats available for my kids, was extremely professional AND she parked at CDG and WALKED US IN TO THE PROPER CHECK IN while still helping with our bags AND brought me to the tax refund area and helped me process my VAT refunds. She was SO kind and helpful. I did not expect such a full service at all, and was so grateful.

Samamtha Travels does a wonderful job. Great communication with me the day prior to travelling to Paris from the US. I was then contacted again shortly after landing (which I very much appreciate). My mother and I were on separate flights coming in at different times from different airport exits and the team did a great job helping me determine where best to be picked up. The driver was well dressed, prompt and standing at the gate when the later separate flight arrived. We were escorted from the gate, through the airport to our very clean and comfortable car....and just happened to come across Samantha (the owner) who welcomed us to Paris. This was my mother's first trip outside of the United States and I enjoyed seeing how special she felt being treated so regally. Thank you!
