2 sets up flights canceled so had to come in a day late. Communication could have been better. Said reservation had been amended but reservation still said October 31, not November 1, so were not sure if driver was going to be there. Reservation dropped off Viator website before we landed. But driver was there waiting. He was great!

There was a little confusion at the airport, but I called and the driver was there in 10 or 15 minutes. Since my flight was late, I expected the driver to be waiting. That was the only small hiccup.

They were a No Show. We followed our instructions for the meet and greet. Waited 90 minutes. Finally got another ride to our hotel in Paris. The Viator. River called me later in the day and was very rude.
Said he was there with a sign with our name. He wasn’t. We were there.

Hello - may i suggest you contact our customer service department . It would appear the flight details you gave were incorrect and furthermore at no point did you contact us to inform us that you had arrived , earlier than you had stated and with a different flight number that you stated . Not a great deal we can do if you cannot provide the correct information .

This pickup service was a disaster as the "where to meet" instructions on the Viator app were completely wrong. As a result we were running all over the Paris airport and lost an hour looking for our driver. This was no fault of the driver. I did receive communication from a Viator representative and sent them the specific instructions that we were given. Hopefully they will correct their instructions for future travelers.

We could not find the driver anywhere until we contacted support (which still took 15 to get a response) We lost us an hour of time to visit the city before our connector! We missed our Notre Dame Tour time! She was on her phone and/or ipad the whole time WHILE driving.

Very convenient, driver easily met us at the airport and assisted with our bags. The street in front of our hotel had construction so we were dropped off further down the street but Woody walked to the hotel with us and assisted with our baggage.

The driver picked me up at the airport in Paris, France (CDG). It was worthwhile having flown from Dallas, TX, to London, then to Paris. I did not have to struggle to find a taxi or call Uber to get to my hotel. This was simple to do and the results were exceptional

Picked us up on time after a late arrival flight. That’s was good. We had four ladies and lady luggage and he knew that ahead of time but came with a mid-size SUV. 3 of us crammed into the back seat and our luggage barely fit. We were going from Orly airport to a hotel near Charles de Gaulle airport and he didn’t have the exact location figured out. We were tired and needed to get to the hotel to get up for a flight home in the morning. We stopped at 3 hotels before getting to the proper one even though we got our phones out to show him our mapping to the proper hotel. I’d pick a different transportation service before this one of going again.

Really poor show, driver was late and had a mini van that had a step that was far too high. When I asked about this as I booked a car not for my 86 year old mother not a van I was told we were upgraded! It’s not an upgrade when you do not receive what you booked at then end of a 17 hour flight for someone that has difficulty climbing stairs! They did bot care at all so I cancelled the return journey.

1.Clients are advised to download and or print arrival instructions
2. Wifi is totally free at CDG paris airport
3. If you had read the instructions sent to you then you would have found your driver waiting for you

My wife and I have use Viator in the past and have been pleased.
The Paris private transfer from Charles de Gaulle to the Hotel Regina was terrible and we would like a refund.
The driver was very late we indicated the time of arrival of course and the ride was 45 minutes late. We called the number for the provider Parishuttle One and the dispatcher was rude and told to wait by a coffee shop in the airport he indicated that the driver was about 2 minutes away. At this time the car was one half an hour late. We called the dispatcher back after about 10 minutes because the car had not arrived. He continued to be less than truthful or helpful, again stating that the driver was headed our way "just wait by the coffee shop." upon our third call he asked if there was a person with a Parisshuttle One jacket on and if there was; he requested that we approach him and have him contact the driver. We did and the representative contacted the driver by phone, the driver of our car asked to speak one of us. My wife spoke to the driver who was rude and sharp in tone with her and indicated that this is Paris and there is a lot of traffic. He further indicted tat we should leave the area where all the other drivers were waiting for passengers and wait in the parking lot. we waited int the parking lot a location he requested after several inquires to find the area and waited for for far too long. The representative mentioned earlier in this writing contacted the driver and brought us together in the parking lot. The driver was unapologetic and not friendly at all through out the entire ride.
This was a horrible experience and I will never recommend this service to anyone.
This was a poor introduction to the City of Lights.
This incident has cast a pall over what has been good service by Viator.

Unreliable. Our driver did not pick us up. We waited over an hour and also tried calling the local number for help, but we were on hold for over half hour. This was very disappointing and frustrating since we were tired and thought we had made good arrangements for our transfer to our hotel.
