    When my Fiancé and I got to the location on time for the boat ride they had a line down the sidewalk with people waiting they tried to make us pay at the dock when I already paid in full they said they were already full and we could come pay again and come back the next day they did have a gentleman taking an additional hundred dollars and he was letting people on and pocketing the money I watched him. The boat is definitely not a yacht doesn’t look anything like the picture advertised! This excursion was so unorganized and unprofessional!

    Hi Brittany, I am surprised to see this review after our recent conversation. During our call, you acknowledged that you did not check in at the correct location and even mentioned that you saw our coordinator but decided not to approach him. If you had spoken with our coordinator, you would have been boarded without incident. Regarding the capacity, the reason you were told the boat was "full" is that you and your fiancé were already included in our total count for the night. In spite of the check-in error, we have already refunded your money in full as a courtesy, which you can see in your booking details. To clarify the points in your review: *the individual you saw taking money was collecting balances for a completely different vendor. *We and our coordinator never ask for additional money at the dock, as you were already paid in full. *We provided very specific instructions—including the exact location, the coordinator to ask for, and a direct contact number—specifically to ensure our guests aren't misdirected by other operators at the marina. *We take great pride in our service and sail with a spacious 80-foot, three-story yacht that accurately matches our advertisements. We’re sorry the confusion prevented you from joining us.

    The party it self was good time but beware of the purchase process we purchased tickets from website and at arrival of party we was instructed to pay more due to open pricing the guy says?? Wtf ,there is no where on the site it says there will be additional charges at the loading dock .in plain eye it was scamming !!! And please believe they are working together on this scheme to get tourists for more money than intended to pay for the excursion, so beware of who you purchase from well as the third party websites as well
