We had so much fun. Hugo and Eduardo were very kind and made sure we were comfortable. Eduardo was so fun to talk to and always made sure we were well informed regarding logistics of our tour!

Raul (guide) and Abraham (driver) were amazing! I went solo and the Raul made sure I had plenty of pictures. The experience was smooth over all and I enjoyed the variety of activities this tour had. The best part was the tunnel and I would absolutely sign up to do it again!

They picked us at our hotel , but dropped us off about a mile away at the end of the tour. We walked and couldn’t find our way back. had to take an uber because we got lost and nobody gave exact directions. Our GPS wasn’t working. Please make sure you know where you’re gonna be dropped off and what they bring you back. Lalo just wanted to get back early and finish his day . We were not the only ones that got dropped off away from our hotel

Mario picked us all up at the exact time they would. I got a message before to te me what to bring so I would be prepared. The ride was long but worth the wait. Lalo was a great tour guy very patient and knowledgeable.

My husband and I did the Express Tolantongo Hot Springs tour and had such an amazing experience! It was the perfect full day of relaxation and adventure. One of the best parts was getting there early enough to enjoy the hot springs before the crowds arrived. The caves and waterfalls were absolutely beautiful and felt surreal in person. Lunch was also delicious and a great addition to the day. Our tour guide Aline was incredible, she was so organized, kind, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We had the best time and would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico City!

Incredible experience! I went with my 11 year old daughter, and we had a fantastic time. Our tour guide, Ara, provided pick up instructions the day before and was very responsive with my questions. She made the entire experience seamless and fun. I would 100% recommend this excursion. Don’t let the early pickup and 3-hour travel time deter you. It’s an unforgettable experience!
P.S. Water shoes and a waterproof case for your phone are essentials! You will want them.

We booked this trip on a Monday. It was amazing! Our tour guide Gerry and driver Mario were exceptional. Mario got us from point A to B safely and quickly (especially with those steep cliffs, he mastered is like a pro). Gerry was prompt with pickup and stayed in communication prior to the trip. He knew much history and was very personable. His high energy really got us in the zone especially early at 8am when we arrived to the hot springs. With this group we were the first ones to arrive prior to all the other groups. He made sure everyone had a great time while being safe. Would definitely book this trip as you can tell he really has a passion for the hot springs and hospitality. Couldn’t have picked a better tour to book with. Thank you for everything!!

This was a great time. The tour guide was very friendly and explained all that was required of us to have a good time throughout. It is a full day so be prepared to be on the go. The natural spring was amazing (the views and pictures I was able to get!!). The food at the restaurant was delicious (I got the fried fish). Don't hesitate to book with them.

This tour was the highlight of my 4 day trip to CDMX! The hot springs are beautiful but the waterfall and cave exploration added a bonus element of adventure. The drive was beautiful and it was great to get to the park nice and early before the crowds. Elina was our guide and she's amazing! Kind, attentive and she was more than happy to take some photos for me since i was traveling solo. 10/10 recommend! Just be prepared for the long journey and early pick up but SO worth it.

The view of the waterfall alone was amazing, but getting to swim in the hot springs was better than I could have imagined. This trip was well worth the long car ride outside the city and waking up at 4:30am to beat traffic.
The tour timed it perfectly so I never felt rushed during any of the activities throughout the experience. Our tour guide April and our driver Mr.Nin were very helpful in ensuring we had a comfortable time in the long bumpy drive . April made sure we were prepared with cash, waterproof phone cases and water shoes. I would not recommend this tour to anyone with mobility issues, there are a lot of stairs to climb.

From start to finish, this excursion exceeded every expectation and then some!
The pre-trip communication was excellent. Everything was clearly explained in advance, so I felt confident and well-prepared before the journey even began. Transportation was prompt and exactly as described, no stress and no surprises.
Our guide Gerry was truly the highlight of the experience. Knowledgeable, attentive, and thoughtful in ways that genuinely set him apart. He anticipated needs that most travelers wouldn't even think of, which made the whole trip feel effortless. As a solo traveler, I was a little unsure what to expect, but Gerry went out of his way to make me feel included every step of the way — he even made sure I had great photos to remember the trip by!
And the views? Absolutely breathtaking. No photo or description can do them justice — you simply have to see them for yourself.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this excursion to anyone, whether you're traveling solo or with a group. An unforgettable experience!

Great tour company. We took a tour to Grutas Tolantongo with Mexican Tales. The whole Grutas Tolantongo tour is without a doubt an amazing experience, and definitely worth the trip. The pools had a great view and great for pictures, but we actually liked the cave under the waterfall the best out of the three points of interest.
A young man named Max was our tour guide. He was a little under the weather himself, but he was still very polite, patient, and attentive to our group. There were three points of interest on the tour, the spring pools, cave, and the river. Unfortunately, at the river my son somehow lost his phone in the water. The milky water and the fast current of the river made it impossible for us to see where it went. We thought all was lost when we had to leave for the next stop. However, Max our tour guide gave us hope, and ultimately helped us recover the phone. Needless to say, he went above and beyond to help us. Then Mexican Tales arranged for the phone to be shipped back to us. So they were real lifesavers for us.

Tolantongo was an amazing experience. I would definitely do it again. April was great and made sure we had all the info we needed. Just know there are a lot of steps, but it’s 100% worth it. You’ll be tired, but you’ll enjoy every second. Early access is a must, you can literally see the crowds rolling in throughout the day.

Totally worth the 4am pickup and 3.5 hr bumpy drive to the springs. It truly looks like a something out of a dream! Our tour guide Gerry was so friendly and had a great spirit. It felt like we had ample time at each spot. We weren't rushed at all, and he even brought water and snacks for everyone! 5 stars a around. This is a must-do experience.
