Beautiful places but the operator Guías de Yucatán scammed us

The places are beautiful. But the operator was the problem. I made the reservation myself through Viator for security and I made sure that it was exactly the same as what the operator offered on their social media. Proof of this is that my ticket clearly stated (and I have the PDF they sent me) that it included admission to the Santa Bárbara cenotes. Even the guide would not let us get into the car if we did not show him that ticket. But they told us with total nerve that it did not include those tickets and we had to pay for them. Typo or deception, who knows!.. Evidently I was right and the person who contacts you via WhatsApp and assists you agreed with me and told me that they would take responsibility for it. Logical!. But about half an hour into the tour another guy calls me to tell me that the Viator description said it did not include that admission. Strange thing, right? And why did my ticket say that it did???… and in the middle of the argument he hung up on me! Obviously, he had no arguments. He called the guide and told him that we should pay for the tickets, and we had to do it. So I recommend this tour, but do it with any other operator that is not Guías de Yucatán. There are many others, smaller but more decent. Where have you seen that from one day to the next they change the conditions and tell you the ticket that Viator issues you is not valid. This was a tour for 19 people, but we received it alone, as if it were private. For me it is clear, upon seeing that they did not get more people for that day, well obviously it was not profitable for them and they only have left to abuse the only family and have that family assume extra costs. They made us have a bad time, my children scared, something like this had never happened to us.
