Freddie was great; loved the cenote
Well organized- Freddie, our guide, was great. Enough time at Chichen Itza, great choice of cenote (it wasn’t very crowded at all. Made for a beautiful and tranquil experience. Bring your swimsuits, flip flops and towels. There are changing rooms and lockers at the cenote.) Buffet is just okay. Yellow town was fine- super hot so they drove us first for a 20 minute stop at the convent, and then a 20 minute stop at the temple. Great timing. Got back around 4:30.
The only room for improvement is pickup. Id recommended doing hotel pickups since the start time is so early.

Fantastic! Must do!
From beginning to end Delio & Hernan were fantastic, courteous, professional, extremely informative, catered to both Spanish & English guests, we learned so much history and the vegetarian options were delicious 😋.
Going first thing in the morning meant beating the crowds, traffic and the heat, bravo for the 5:30am pick up 👏🏻
Due to the early arrival, Chichen Itza was not crowded, we had the beautiful Cenote all to ourselves and also the lunch, Itzmal is a beautiful and quaint little town and the ruins very easy to climb.
Highly recommend this tour and both gentlemen are a great asset to the company, our sincere thanks ♥️

The best of Izamal, Cenotes, & Chichen Itza🌊🐠🗻🌊!
This is a wonderful way to see some great history behind the Mayan culture some of the ruins/pyramids and cenotes. I LOVE THE CE-Notes but THEY MUST RECOMMEND PEOPLE WEAR SWIM SHOES because you are not allowed to walk to the Ce-note with shoes unless you have on swim shoes.. The rubber mats located where you have to change into swim wear and the sidewalk/ground that you have to walk on to get to the Ce-note were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE😒..

Fantastic Tour
12 hours may seem like a long time to be on a tour, but it flew by. Anel, our guide, was terrific. She was knowledgeable and informative. And when someone asked a question, she knew the answer. Chichén Itzá was fantastic. As a bonus, Anel took a small group of us to see El Observatorio. The cenote was a welcome and refreshing break. The tour was fantastic. And a shout out to Roberto, our driver. So helpful!

Excellent tour today with...
Excellent tour today with our guide David. An incredibly knowledgeable guy, and I learned a huge amount about the Maya. So many mind-blowing facts, told by David with great energy. Daniel was a good and careful driver, and took care when we encountered traffic (a big lorry and a herd of cows!) and a big downpour of rain.
Uxmal and Kabah were fantastic and atmospheric, and not at all crowded (unlike Teotihuacan near CDMX which I was underwhelmed by).
Lunch was better than I expected, (3 courses included, drinks extra), I had the sopa de lima, the cochinita pibil and flan. Be aware that it’s a bit later than you may be used to so perhaps have a snack in your bag to keep you going along if needed, along with plenty of water.
The final stop of the cenote was a welcome chance to cool down, and even though I don’t swim it was easy to sit on the edge and put my legs in.
All in all, I would 100% recommend this tour.

A brilliant tour!
What a great tour! Our tour guide, Alicia, and our driver, Herman (spelling), were excellent . The boat trip to see the wild flamingos, other birdlife, even crocodiles, plus going by boat into the mangroves was stuff from television nature shows. Brilliant! The beach stop, restaurant lunch, and dip in the Gulf of Mexico, how delightful. Terrific. Recommended.

Fun tour for the family!
Fun tour and as described. Celestun is a beautiful area - happy we got to see it! The guides were nice and we enjoyed the restaurant on the beach. The shower, toilets and changing areas were great. We got to see some flamingos as well as some other mangrove birds and ducks. The clay bath will always be a memory for our family!

Great tour if the weather is good
I enjoyed this tour. Even though the weather wasn't good, the water of Las Coloradas were pink and beautiful.
Rio Lagartos was nice, we managed to see crocodiles and some rare birds. It was quite windy though and it rained as well, but that's of course nobody's fault.
I was the only English speaker, but Mauricio still spent enoygh time translating everything for me.
The lunch was only one main course, which to be honest wasn't enough and almost everyone in the group had to buy extra food. I would recommend adding a starter or a dessert.

Excellent tour with Laura
Great introduction to the Merida local marketplace, where food (and everything else you could imagine) is sold for a fraction of the cost you would pay in a restaurant. The food we tried in the market (cochinita pibil, carne asada, rellenos negros, , agua fresca, fruit popsicles, and many others I can’t remember the names of) was all delicious and inexpensive. Own our own, we would’ve stuck to restaurants and never experienced any of this, so many thanks to Laura!

Jorge and Annie (sp?)...
Jorge and Annie (sp?) were great guides, it was a friendly group, and the sites were beautiful. Navigating the steep stone stairs was at times hard. If you have mobility issues Kabah may not be possible.
The bus was also extremely cramped, especially in the back. If you're tall or larger I recommend getting picked up at the headquarters/first pickup and getting there early to sit towards the front. On one of the bumpier stretches of road I smacked my head.

Really a great experience!
We had such a great experience as a family (2 kids aged 10 and 13) with Mauricio and Victor! I won't say more on the 4 cenotes no to spoil the experience of future travelers but it is really worth it. They are all very different. Lunch was very good as well. Have a big breakfast before coming.

Amazing service! Will use again.
Driver was amazing. He had to wait for us for a bit because our flight was delayed. He was very patient. The ride to the hotel was amazing. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the town and about events happening that day. He made us feel very welcomed. Van was very comfortable and large.
