What are people saying about Merida

Freddie was great; loved the cenote
Well organized- Freddie, our guide, was great. Enough time at Chichen Itza, great choice of cenote (it wasn’t very crowded at all. Made for a beautiful and tranquil experience. Bring your swimsuits, flip flops and towels. There are changing rooms and lockers at the cenote.) Buffet is just okay. Yellow town was fine- super hot so they drove us first for a 20 minute stop at the convent, and then a 20 minute stop at the temple. Great timing. Got back around 4:30. The only room for improvement is pickup. Id recommended doing hotel pickups since the start time is so early.

Fantastic! Must do!
From beginning to end Delio & Hernan were fantastic, courteous, professional, extremely informative, catered to both Spanish & English guests, we learned so much history and the vegetarian options were delicious 😋. Going first thing in the morning meant beating the crowds, traffic and the heat, bravo for the 5:30am pick up 👏🏻 Due to the early arrival, Chichen Itza was not crowded, we had the beautiful Cenote all to ourselves and also the lunch, Itzmal is a beautiful and quaint little town and the ruins very easy to climb. Highly recommend this tour and both gentlemen are a great asset to the company, our sincere thanks ♥️

The best of Izamal, Cenotes, & Chichen Itza🌊🐠🗻🌊!
This is a wonderful way to see some great history behind the Mayan culture some of the ruins/pyramids and cenotes. I LOVE THE CE-Notes but THEY MUST RECOMMEND PEOPLE WEAR SWIM SHOES because you are not allowed to walk to the Ce-note with shoes unless you have on swim shoes.. The rubber mats located where you have to change into swim wear and the sidewalk/ground that you have to walk on to get to the Ce-note were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE😒..

Fantastic Tour
12 hours may seem like a long time to be on a tour, but it flew by. Anel, our guide, was terrific. She was knowledgeable and informative. And when someone asked a question, she knew the answer. Chichén Itzá was fantastic. As a bonus, Anel took a small group of us to see El Observatorio. The cenote was a welcome and refreshing break. The tour was fantastic. And a shout out to Roberto, our driver. So helpful!
