It is a fun way to learn about the culture, from shopping in the market with Joanna to cooking in the kitchen with her experienced mother, Corinna. The dishes were made with simple fresh ingredients with so much flavour. I wish I could captured that smell with my camera when I took the photos! I always want to try catapalan. However, most of the restaurants only offer the dish for 2 people. Now I learned how to make it!

We had a wonderful time shopping at the fresh market for our fish and mussels, then cooking! Jo, her mom and team were amazing! We learned so much, took part in preparing the dishes and then enjoying them. Such a friendly and welcoming experience, will definitely book again!
