Very interactive and interesting tour. There is more things to see at the Guinness Storehouse than there is time to see. Roe and Co. Distillery was also a hit. Making our own cocktails was excellent. Ive been on many tours and I have to say that Dermot was exceptional. He shared great history and insured everyone was taken care of. I'd do the entire tour with him again.

Learning the history of Guinness was astonishing. The activity was a great experience on all seven floors. Our tour guide, Ferguson, was excellent.
Noel Quinn was a great tour guide. Loved the tour and making our own cocktail at the whiskey portion of the tour. Learned a lot thanks to Noel. We recommend this tour.
It was a great experience! Rich did a great job! We learned a lot and had a lot of fun. Highly recommended.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Jorge, Rich created an atmosphere where learning and laughter moved together through the Guinness Open Gate Brewery and Roe and Co Whiskey experience. That balance, genuine information paired with the kind of energy that makes a group want to stay longer, is what makes these Dublin tours worth your time. We hope you'll be back to explore another corner of the city with us.
Our guide Mary was full on much like the Guinness tour. She gave great insight to the beginnings of the Guinness family and their importance to the city of Dublin. Mary explained the different levels of the tour building then you are free to explore. Guinness tour is a very busy place.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
There's a rhythm to the Guinness Open Gate Brewery and Roe and Co Whiskey experience, guided history followed by free exploration, and Mary clearly set that tone with the same energy as the tour itself. David, thank you for highlighting how she brought the Guinness family's story to life before letting the group loose in what is genuinely one of Dublin's busiest attractions. That mix of structure and freedom is by design, even if it means sharing the space with plenty of other visitors. Thank you for choosing LetzGo City Tours.
This was a great experience. We chose this tour because my husband enjoys Guinness and I whiskey. While Guinness is in its own state of awesomeness, we both really enjoyed our time spent at Roe & Co. The mixology class was a great experience. We had lots of fun making our delicious drinks. We would definitely go back. I can’t say enough about our guide Anna. She was the best. She was loads of fun, kept our group on track, but most of all provided a wealth of history that made the story of Guinness and Dublin come alive. Additionally, Anna gave us some suggestions so that we could continue to experience Dublin and all it has to offer. All in all, this was one of my favorite experiences in Dublin because it was so personable. Thanks again Anna!
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Candy, the Guinness and Roe and Co whiskey experience sounds like it unfolded exactly as a premium Dublin tour should, and Anna clearly understood that bringing people together around craft and story matters as much as the product itself. She wove Guinness history and Dublin's spirit into the mixology class, turning a fun afternoon into something that felt genuinely earned. We're grateful you chose LetzGo City Tours, and we look forward to welcoming you back whenever your travels bring you to Dublin again.
Unique history of two entities of Dublin- Brewhouse and Whiskey, both iconic. Tour guide Roger was awesome!
Response from Host, Sep 2026
The VIP Guinness Open Gate Brewery and Roe and Co Whiskey tour thrives on guides who understand not just the facts but the soul of these places, and his enthusiasm came through in every stop. That combination of unique history and authentic storytelling is what guests remember long after they leave Dublin. We hope to welcome you back to LetzGo City Tours soon.
We enjoyed this tour very much. Our tour guide Simon was the best. He was knowledgeable and helped arrange a taxi ride back to the cruise port. The mixology experience at Roe & Co was super fun!
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Katherine, Simon went above and beyond, guiding you through the Guinness brewery and Roe and Co with real expertise, then thinking ahead to help arrange your taxi back to the port. That blend of local knowledge and genuine care is what makes these Dublin experiences memorable. We hope you carry those mixology moments with you!
Too rushed to maximise the experience at Guinness Storehouse…there was no time to visit the shop at all. However the Roe n Co Distillery was much more personal and enjoyable
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Michael, we're glad the Roe & Co Distillery stop gave you that personal, relaxed feel, many guests tell us it's a highlight of this Dublin experience. The Guinness Storehouse portion is timed to fit the tastings and key exhibits within the overall schedule, which means the shop isn't part of the visit, but the pint with a view at the top is always worth the pace. Thank you for choosing LetzGo City Tours!
Our tour guide was wonderful - did a great job of giving us the highlights and guiding us thru the Guiness Storehouse (which would have been maddeningly overwhelming otherwise) and taking us on a cocktail mixing / tasting class at Roe and Co.
As a solo traveler, I enjoyed meeting the other attendees and having time to chat.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
The Guinness Storehouse can feel like stepping into beautiful chaos, Amy, and your guide clearly understood how to navigate you through it with purpose and good humour while keeping the experience personal. Pairing that with the Roe and Co cocktail class and conversation with fellow travellers turned your solo trip into something far richer than a standard tour. That thoughtful sequencing is what LetzGo City Tours builds into every Dublin experience. Thank you for choosing us.
very long walking between venues which was not really mentioned in the description of the tour
The Stonehouse was uncomfortably hot

Dear B5205ACtjb,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed Richard's company and found his knowledge of Dublin informative. We will be sure to pass your kind comments on to him.
We're sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, we do respectfully disagree with your assessment of the tour. One of the many benefits of our experience is that it includes reserved entry tickets to both the Jameson Distillery and the Guinness Storehouse, allowing guests to maximise their valuable vacation time rather than spending it waiting in admission lines. Combined with a professionally guided walking tour through Dublin's historic Liberties, expert storytelling, and admission to two of Ireland's most iconic visitor attractions, this experience offers far more than simply a tasting.
This tour includes:
Reserved entry to both the Jameson Distillery and the Guinness Storehouse, helping guests avoid unnecessary queues.
A professional local guide who brings Dublin's fascinating history to life.
A guided walking tour through the historic Liberties, one of Dublin's oldest and most characterful neighbourhoods.
Stories of Ireland's whiskey and brewing heritage and the people who built these world-famous brands.
A visit to the historic Brazen Head, Ireland's oldest pub.
The official Jameson Distillery guided experience, including a comparative whiskey tasting led by Jameson ambassadors.
Admission to the Guinness Storehouse, where guests enjoy seven floors of immersive exhibits before finishing with a complimentary pint in the spectacular Gravity Bar overlooking Dublin.
Local recommendations, hidden gems, and insights from an experienced Dublin guide throughout the experience.
The Jameson Distillery and Guinness Storehouse are internationally recognised visitor experiences. They are designed to showcase the history, craftsmanship, and heritage of these iconic Irish brands rather than functioning as active production-facility tours.
We're incredibly proud that this tour has welcomed tens of thousands of guests, has earned thousands of outstanding 5-star reviews, and is consistently recognised as one of Dublin's highest-rated and most awarded tour experiences. While we appreciate that every traveller has different expectations, the overwhelming feedback from our guests reflects the exceptional quality and value of the experience we provide.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we wish you the very best with the rest of your travels.
Kind regards,
The LetzGo City Tours Team
It moves quickly. I learned a lot on this tour. We got to see Guinness' house and later make our own whiskey inspired drinks at the whiskey, Ro & Co distillery

Guinness and Roe & Co both excellent experiences. Our guide Dermot was “Irish friendly” and very solicitous of our needs. The cocktail blending at Roe was super informative and delicious!

This tour was a lot of fun and Alan was a wonderful guide. We were able to by-pass the lines at the Guinness Storehouse and had fun mixing up cocktails at the Roe & Co. Distillery. Our final stop at Brazen Head was a lot of fun but this is where the tour ended and we continued! We listened to live music while drinking our Guinness with all the new insights we gained from Alan and the tour. We definitely recommend this tour.

We had a great time on this tour! There was so much to see at the Storehouse - finishing with a drink at the Gravity Bar was perfect! And making our own cocktails at the Roe & Co distillery stop was especially fun! But the best part was the company. Our tour guide, Neil McCourt, told great Dublin stories, dumb dad jokes, and generally kept our group vibe fun. We highly recommend this tour!

Mary was a wonderful guide. She provided an excellent tour of the Guinness and Roe sites, hitting the high points of each. We had a blast!
This was a great tour. Our tour guide, Emmet, had lots of stories to share with us and it was entertaining. We did it as a family group of 7 with 2 others joining our group. Nine was a nice number to have. We had lots of fun!!
Roger , our guide was great, and kept us interested, The guiness tour and 360 gravity views were great, roe and co was brilliant, loved the cocktail making
This was one of the best tours we did in Dublin! Roger was amazing! He brought us into the Guinness Storehouse and summarized the tour and then let us wander on our own which was perfect! The whiskey tasting at Roe & Co was very well done. We had delicious cocktails that we got to make ourselves. Our last stop was The Brazen Head, the oldest pub in Ireland dating back to the 1100s. We didn’t even bother walking in since it looked very touristy (too crowded). Roger also gave us a list of restaurant recommendations which was great.
Excellent tour guide - Martin Drew made the experience enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable and was so much fun!
We had a great time. My husband found it a bit long and we were both tired at the end. A lot of walking with no sit down break or water. Jimmy was absolutely great. Without him it would not have been worth going because it was extremely crowded. Had hoped to see more of the actual process of making Guinness and the bottling etc.
This is a wonderful tour! I loved hearing all about the history and fun facts of Guinness and whiskey. Our tour guide, Drew Martin was engaging and kept us on our toes with questions and answers!
This was such a fun tour (even as a non drinker!) Mary our tour guide is amazing! So knowledgeable and fun! We had a blast. Please send Mary our love from Dallas! -Chris and Michelle
This tour was amazing because it was a small group (6 of us). Emmett was a fantastic guide and very well informed. The Roe & Co Distillery is not to be missed. Sean was an amazing guide there.

Hi there,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review!
We’re absolutely delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your tour with Emmet. He truly embodies the Irish storytelling tradition, and it’s fantastic to know he was able to bring the history of the Easter Rising to life in such an engaging and meaningful way.
It’s especially great to hear that he helped connect the history to your own Irish heritage—that’s exactly the kind of personal and memorable experience we strive to create.
We’d be thrilled to welcome you back again, and it sounds like sharing the tour with your husband would be a perfect way to experience it all over again!
Kind regards,
The LetzGo City Tours Team
Our guide was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Guinness on the other hand was organized chaos. Soooo many people. It was difficult to take it all in, but a great fan experience if you can slow down and enjoy the rooms.
Great activity! Our guide, Dermot was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and also made the tour fun! Our favorite part was making cocktails at Roe & Co! A definite must do!!

And the Roe & Co cocktail experience… a real highlight! There’s nothing quite like getting hands-on and crafting your own cocktail — we’re delighted it was your favorite part.
We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to Dermot — he’ll be delighted!
We hope to welcome you again soon on another LetzGo City Tours experience, whether in Dublin or across our destinations throughout Europe and the USA. Cheers to the next one! 🍸
Hey get on this you if you want to live an adventure. Mary is a unique character. She ‘Lives and Breathes Dublin’, her energy is infectious and exciting.
Dermot was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable on Irish History. Really enjoyed the afternoon, Guinness Storehouse is amazing and Roe & Co Whiskey is a must see.
