CONTACT INFORMATION ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT CANCUN AIRPORT When you arrive at Cancun International Airport, please follow these directions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination: “We recommend downloading the WhatsApp app during your stay in the Mexican Caribbean to facilitate communication and improve your experience.” Please show your confirmation voucher to the representative of the company and the driver on arrival on your phone. • Once you land at Cancun Airport, you will receive an SMS or Whatsapp text message from the company’s airport presenter and you will first need to go through immigration and customs. We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you leave... After going through immigration, picking up your luggage and clearing customs, you will see timeshare vendors and transportation along the aisle. They will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and continue walking). Look for our team after leaving through the sliding front door; we will be waiting for you in the area where all other transportation companies are located. • The company representative will receive you holding a tablet with your name written on it and you will be dressed in a long sleeve green shirt. Go directly to the exit doors. If a representative of other agencies or hotels tries to stop you—there are a lot of scammers—please don’t stop and help us by going directly to our representative (we’ll be there waiting for you, so don’t believe people who say our team left or will reimburse you). Our airport representatives wear uniforms with apple green shirts and black pants. All our representatives and drivers also have an authorized airport identification. If it takes more than an hour to leave the terminal after your landing due to your airline, lost luggage or other reason, and if you do not see our driver when you leave the airport, please contact us. We are committed to providing a smooth, punctual and comfortable transportation service. Please note the following policies: Additional charges will not apply if your party members arrive on different flights, provided we are notified in advance. If we are not informed in advance and there are last minute changes, extended waiting times or additional travel within the airport, an additional charge will apply due to the extra logistics involved. If you need a baby chair, please request it in advance when booking (2 chairs per booking only). Unfortunately, we do not have baby chairs at short notice or at the last minute. This ticket is valid for a one-way trip. If you want a round trip service you must book another ticket head to your Viator portal (TripAdvisor) and search for “products departing from Hotels to Cancun Airport”.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! The vehicles were spotless and really comfortable, and the added bonus of cold Coronas for the journey was such a nice touch. Our drivers Darwin and Jorge were both lovely—friendly, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Would definitely use STP Caribe Transfers again and highly recommend them to anyone travelling in Mexico

Awesome experience!! Much better than a ride share. We had driver Juan and welcome guide Carlos. Both were awesome. We are booking with them again.
Highly recommend - car and amenities were great but Omar my driver was definitely the stand out - helpful, informative, professional, and answered all of my questions about the area we drove through.
Darwin was prompt and friendly. I only use this company when visiting. Excellent service every time 😎
This is our third booking with STP and we couldn't be happier! We were met just outside the airport doors by a gentleman with our name on an I pad. Escorted to our sedan-limo, and greeted by our driver with hand sanitizer and a cold face towel. There was a bucket of drinks cooling for us as well. Such a luxurious way to start our vacation! Book here knowing they will be in time and professional!
Perfecto! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely book again. Beautiful car, delicious beer, amazing leg room.
Their services are top notch 👌August 1st, 2026 I have no complaints at all. First, my flight came in from South Carolina, my friend her flight came in from Minnesota. We were supposed to arrive at the same time 1pm. She arrive 1:50pm, i arrive well after 2pm. Plus the time going through customs/immigration, let's add the hour getting my luggage, because remember she arrived before me. She had her luggage. The operator's communication was on point. Basically I was in communication with the company alone maybe 2 weeks prior to the trip asking any questions that'll come to mind. They responded quickly every time I send one. The driver communication was perfect. They'll have a person with a table by Margaritaville, once you connect that person, he'll walk you to the vehicle, that's were you'll meet the driver. Mind you that's only a 2-3 minute walk. The driver is extremely polite, well dressed, English and Spanish speaking. He takes your bags, give you a cold rag to wipe your hands or your neck. You'll get a mint for those folks with bad breath lol.. And for the men who want to really shine and impress your lady, you can order a dozen of roses via a link they'll send, and the driver will have them when you arrive in a nice pretty black box presentation with their logo on the bottom ( TOP NOTCH SERVICES) Your are offered water or a beer once your in vehicle. The driver will kindly ask you your A/C preference and your music preferences. He's driving, so I let him ride us in listening to Spanish music. Our ride to our resort in Costa Mujeres was kinda far 45 minutes to a hour depending on traffic. Over all...... this is a real review from a real dude. This company is the bomb at how they provide services. They are top notch when it comes to cancun transportation. I'm also using the same company for our transportation back to cancun airport. I definitely will be using them again, and I'll recommend them to any who's coming to cancun.
Hands down the best airport pick up ever extremely luxurious. Great for couple trip. From the pick up with fresh cold towels to the vehicle being very comfortable. The service was amazing

The experience was faultless, we saw a gentleman holding a tablet with my name as soon as I was outside the airport, he took us to our driver who was very polite and helpful, as we left he offered myself and my wife a nice cold beer which was very nice in the heat, the experience from the airport to our hotel was brilliant and so relaxed, I would strongly recommend the company to anyone as it started our holiday off brilliantly!!!!

Communication was great. I got a message before I even landed that my driver was ready and waiting for me whenever. The attendant was easy to find and took my friend and I straight to the driver. The driver was extremely friendly and funny. It was a smooth and quick ride to the hotel. There was water and little Coronitas which we appreciated on the ride. I will definitely be booking again next time I’m back in Cancun.

We had a great experience with STP Caribe! Our driver, Daniel, was waiting for us at the designated meet-up spot when we arrived. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, so we were a bit nervous it would mess up our transportation, but not at all. The company tracks flights and adjusts accordingly.
Daniel was welcoming, helped with our luggage, and we felt comfortable and safe the whole ride to Playa del Carmen. Would definitely book again, highly recommend!
