Communication before my trip was great, hence the 3 stars, but the shuttle broke down before my scheduled time and I had to cancel and book with another company. I’m expected to have a refund and hope that comes through.

I've booked through Viator for 30 years. First time having an issue. Fairy Shuttle was hired for our transportation. Hours before our scheduled time I reached out asking if delayed can we transfer our tickets to their next available. I was told yes let them know upon arrival. We received a call from the Fairy operator. We were told instead of a reschedule they would tell their driver Nathan to wait since he hadn't left. We immediately ran to the shuttle. My husband was told by the driver to hurry up. My husband immediately apologized explaining our plane was delayed but this did not stop the driver's childish berate towards him. He told my husband we should have rescheduled. My husband tried to explain the operator of his company told us she would have him wait instead of rescheduling. The driver ignored him saying "bro this is all your fault so stop talking". Ther is ABSOLUTELY no excuse to speak to a passenger this way. Even though my husband was understandably angry he apologized to the passengers for being late and having to listen to this interaction. Picking up from an airport delays are expected. Being chastized by the driver should not be. Extremely disappointing.

After you contacted our office, we instructed our driver to remain at the airport rather than having you transfer to the next available shuttle. As a result, our driver waited approximately 25 minutes beyond the scheduled departure time to ensure you could still join the service.
We have spoken with our driver regarding the interaction you described. He recalls asking that the conversation end so the shuttle could depart, as the delay was already affecting the other passengers on board. He firmly denies speaking to you in the manner described. While we recognize that perspectives can differ during stressful situations, we have found him to be consistently professional, respectful, and courteous throughout his time with our company. Since joining our team in 2024, he has received positive feedback from many passengers and has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service.
We also appreciate that your husband apologized to the other passengers for the delay. Our driver was balancing the responsibility of assisting your party while also respecting the time of everyone else on board, who had been waiting for the shuttle to depart.
We value all customer feedback and use it to continually improve our service. At the same time, we believe it is important to present an accurate account of the circumstances. Our intention throughout was to accommodate your delayed arrival and get everyone safely to their destination.

The lady at the counter walked me outside to the shuttle bus pick up. That was kind of her. The driver Henry is a nice older guy, but I think he should not be driving at all. He kept tailing the cars in front of him, drove on the shoulders of the road 5 times, and brakes at the last second. I felt unsafe. Worst driving experience ever!

This was a well priced, convenient option for traveling from Calgary airport to Canmore. My plane was delayed and it was a bit of a hike from my arrival terminal to the meeting spot, but I was called by the company to confirm my arrival. Shuttle was comfortable. I’d definitely use them again

The vehicle's pull-out step did not work. Myself and the partner I was traveling with needed to use the step for mobility assistance. It was very difficult to get into the vehicle.
There was a sign inside the vehicle for free WiFi and it was not available. This would have been a nice service to have since we had almost a two hour ride from Calgary to Banff.

Regarding the step, while the vehicle is fully operational and safe to travel in, the pull-out step was unfortunately not functioning during your trip. We understand this may have made boarding more challenging, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
As for the WiFi, we do provide complimentary WiFi when available; however, connectivity can be affected by coverage and technical limitations, particularly when traveling through mountain areas. While we understand it would have been a nice addition to the journey, WiFi is considered an extra amenity and is not guaranteed.

Depending on where you’re baggage claim
area is you might have a long walk to door 4/5. We came in at door 17. But the service we received was wonderful. Red was very helpful. We were dropped off right in front of our hotel.😎

Unlike a private transfer, our vehicles cannot always wait for delayed flights, as doing so can significantly impact other guests who are also relying on the scheduled service.

Shuttle was late. Car rhat showed up was too small to take all the people that had booked for that time. They had to call for a bigger van. It took another 30min for the van to show up. All and all, we lost one hour waiting for this to be solved. Bad planning. And the van that showed up barely had room for everyone’s lugfage and skis!! Never again.

Our kiosk is located on the arrivals level — the same place every traveler exits after landing. The instructions in the confirmation email are clear and detailed, and thousands of guests find us without issue every season. If someone can’t locate the arrivals hall in an airport, that’s not a problem with our directions. For anyone else reading: just follow the signs to arrivals like every other passenger, and you’ll see our kiosk right there.

The problem is this reservation for the shuttle through Viator is actually with another company. There was zero explanation on the website or the ticket where to be picked up. The Calgary airport is huge, which I didn’t expect. So I had to ask many people working there where they picked you up and no one really knew.

Thank you for sharing your experience. For clarity: our shuttle pickup is always on the Arrivals Level, immediately after the baggage claim area. We also have a ticket office right on the Arrivals Level — it’s large, clearly signed, and impossible to miss for anyone paying attention.
