- You will be given Ferry tickets FREE of charge and take the Ferry back to your ship in Dockyard
- Tours have coordinated start times. Please check your Viator messages for tour meetup instructions.
- For ship arrival days, Tours depart 30 to 45 minutes after ship's port arrival
- For ships in port, Next day tours depart 8:30AM
- Air-conditioned vehicle
- Wheelchairs and Portable scooters are not allowed on tour
- Look for the Orange, "Titan Tours" sign on the pier!
- For Ships in port just one day, then you will be returned by the Tour bus to the cruiseship port!
- Ships arriving late afternoons, the tour guest will be returned by the tour bus back to the port
- Light snacks and drinks are available at various stops at an additional cost

When we got to Hamilton, instead of the scenic ferry ride being part of the tour; it was not included. The tour bus was going back to the ship. There was plenty of time left, so that was not the issue. The tour director directed us to the ferry but we had to pay for it. So there was no FREE scenic ferry rid3.

If you wish to see Bermuda in a day, this is a perfect tour. Especially if the weather isn't cooperating to go to the beach.
Finding the Tour Guides in Kings Wharf was easy. Just a short walk from the ship. The Titan Tour personal were easily seen.
We boarded a bus (Not quite a mini, but NOT a City Bus either) for our tour. Our Guide was Samuel. HE WAS amazing. HE talked non stop during our tour explaining everything we were seeing. He was funny, and NOT boring to listen to. He really made our tour exciting. No one fell asleep...lol This tour took us all the way around Bermuda with stops along the way. Horseshoe Bay (From the top of the hill..a picture moment), John Smiths Bay beach, st Georges for Lunch, then the stop at Hamilton for the Ferry Ride back as well as a few other pictures stops. The weather didn't cooperate in Hamilton, so we didn't walk around, but rather got on the Ferry. All 6 of us, ages 68 to 70 enjoyed this and I would highly recommend it even for younger people...but NOT young kids..they probably will bored. It gives a taste of Bermuda for those that are only there a few days and don't want to drive around the Island yourself. If you can get Samuel, he would make this tour even better!

Sam was our tour guide, he is very knowledgeable about the history of Bermuda and he makes it fun. We saw many amazing sites. Even with the rainy weather it was a very enjoyable experience.

The tour was fantastic! Sam was an amazing guide and we walked away feeling like we saw a great part of the island! Sam was full of entertainment & history about Bermuda. My 7 year old son loved climbing to the top of the lighthouse.

Very good tour guide...Winston..born and raised on Bermuda. It was pouring and Winston provided us with umbrellas...and even though we didn't have the ferry ride due to the weather the tour gave us a lot of information about the Island.

Was told upon arrival at the bus that I would receive a credit because the return on the ferry was cancelled. This was the part of the excursion that I was looking forward to the most. I’ve never heard another word from Viator.

We apologize for your issue, but you have to contact Viator for the refund, and we are able to issue it to you, as we are just the tour company in Bermuda.
Please note, when ships are in only for the day, then you will be returned by the tour bus, so you don't miss your ship's departure, and this is stated on the tour description.

Tour was OK….. We were so disappointed to only have 30 minutes In Hamilton AND no ferry ride back to ship!! And it was not weather related. Poor, very poor advertising of this excursion ! No opportunity to have time to shop or have lunch and return at our leisure on the ferry!!! One of the reasons we booked this excursion was to have the time in Hamilton. Instead we were hurried back on the bus to St George where there is basically NOTHING to do. One or two restaurants, no shopping, no sightseeing. 45 minutes there was ridiculous. Many people commenting they wanted to spend more time in Hamilton. Then a VERY longgggg bus ride back to ship. You should not advertise this excursion as you do. It is very misleading!!

We apologize for your inconvenience, and the tour guides, give you the option to take the Ferry back but we are only trying to keep you safe, and this will risk you missing your ship departure from the port on time, especially when your ship is only in port for a few hours, and this is stated when you purchase the tour, that ship's in port for only a few hours, that guests will be returned by tour bus. Winston was born and raised in Bermuda. Every question we had he had the answer. We even asked about the hospital, as we had a couple nurses on the tour, and he took us by the hospital. Winston was truly a pleasure with wonderful local charm.

Our guide/driver was good—friendly, funny, shared his knowledge about the island. We covered the whole island & stopped at a couple of spots for shopping & scenic views. The problem was that it was a 5 hour tour, and over 3 hrs of just driving. Next time I’d book a taxi directly to one of the scenic beaches & rent a chair & umbrella for the day, or take the local shuttle which he told us is only $7 one way. In short, expensive for what you get and a long time on the bus.

Tour was eady to locate when we got off the ship. Samuel, our driver and tour guide, was great. Very knowledgeable about Bermuda history, geography, culture, etc. Very polite and helpful. Bus was clean and comfortable. We were not offered the opportunity to return by ferry. Tour seemed rushed, but not fault of tour operator. Celebrity Constellation was only in Port a short time. We did get back about 30 minutes before deadline. Enjoyed the tour. It gave us a comprehensive look at Bermuda.

We had an amazing experience with Titan Tours and Jason! He was personable and informative without droning on! It was apparent he loves Bermuda and his enthusiasm was contagious! The tour gave a wonderful overview of the island and having the ferry tickets gave plenty of of time to explore and not feel rushed! Highly recommended!

If you have a limited amount of time this excursion is a great way to see the major points of interest on the island. Our guide was Jason who was very knowledgeable, friendly and communicated well. If you have the chance I would highly recommend him.

Great fast tour of entire island with a great guide.

We informed Viator that the ship cancelled and we put in for you to receive a refund and can you please confirm this and take down the bad review. This is not true and guests receive refunds for the ship not arriving in Bermuda. Please check your information and take down this bad review!

Our trip was modified due to the approaching tropical storm. Rather than having a ferry option, we rode the bus around the island. It was a long time to be on the bus, and the location where we stopped for lunch had limited options that were not very appealing. We saw much of the island, but I did not enjoy all of the time riding on a bus that was too cold and filled with a couple of people who were sick (coughing with no face covering).

Tour covers most of the island. Stops at a few spots for a few minutes. Time is allowed for lunch and shopping. Tour guide was knowledgeable and a great asset.
