Worth the trip to see this site! Our driver took us to see the Dark Hedges which was advertised on the Viator itinerary but not the local paddy wagon itinerary but he was nice enough to take us anyway. Great driver.

This excursion was awesome. The scenery was magnificent and our guide shane was excellent. Highly recommend

The tour operator was also the bus driver, Shane. He did a good job narrating the tour but we missed out on a couple stops. The first one was The Dark Hedges (I’m a Games of Thrones fan and wanted this stop). When I asked about it, Shane said he left it out intentionally because it is not what it used to be. If that was the case, why was it listed in the itinerary as that is one of the reason I picked this tour. Second missed stop was the Belfast City Center. We were supposed to have free time there but a parade had traffic backed up and Shane said traffic was at a crawl and we might should just head back to the terminal and we did. So our 8 hour tour that we paid for was just under seven with two missed stops. A partial refund or credit is due!
The Giant Causeway and coastal drive with gorgeous views with lunch along the way was nice.

Shane was a wonderful guide. He shared Irish history, culture, folklore, and humor as he described the many sights we enjoyed today. The bus was clean, comfortable, and safely operated. We thoroughly enjoyed the day!

With the exception of the causeway, our trip was not as in our itinerary. We did not have a guide, just a bus driver. He wasxnice and he tried but it wasn't as expected.

Giant's Causeway was just as amazing as we thought, we even got to dip our fingers in the ocean! The rest of our excursion was just ok, but we picked this one since it spent the most time at Giant's Causeway and we at least got a quick ride through Belfast with some info on its history and some lovely countryside. We had to prioritize and this tour was worth it!

The guide was very friendly, upbeat, and shared good information all along the tour. We had a good time.

Fabulous tour. Guide Tom and driver Ian were great. Plenty of quick comfort stops and seeing sights off the beaten path. Causeway is incredibly windy. We were on Regal Princess. Pick up was a little confusing as the bus was not marked but we were still the first bus to depart. Plenty of time and never felt rushed throughout the day. Tour thru Belfast was very insightful, but did not stop for an hour to walk as suggested in description. But having driven through it, do not feel like we missed anything. It also started to rain, so all worked out.

The giants causeway is mobbed with people and weather awful. The biggest problem we had was dealing with both the tour operator ( who uses overseas agents who have no clue about the location. Paddy wagon was useless as well also using foreign customer service who could not answer questions, lied telling us the coach was on it way and would not listen that we were at a different terminal- the driver also admitted not knowing where our ship was docked despite me sending the exact address in writing AND. In several phone calls. Viator told me there wasn’t more than 1 terminal in Belfast despite me telling her otherwise. This ruined our day. We waited 1.5 hours near our ship awaiting “he’s on his way”. One agent hung up on me because told him he was incorrect that the driver was right by our ship. He kept insisting and wouldn’t listen to me about our address. Every driver had GPS so paddywagon not knowing the where our dock was located. I would Never book another tour again with paddywagon and as for Viator - we’ll be warned their customer service is overseas and useless.

Great tour and tour guide. Enjoyed the Giants Causeway hike and views. Dunluce Castle was a fun stop.

Very good excursion. Causeway was very impressive but be prepared for a bit of a walk to get there. Tour of Belfast city was informative.

Angelina and Johnny were great tour guide and driver. The giant causeway was great as was Dunluce castle. Angelina was very knowledgeable. Would have liked to see a Highland cow up close. Did see the peace wall. Overall was a great tour
Linda_N, Aug 2025
It was a small group tour of 17 that made for a great time. Angelina, our guide, and Johnny, our driver made this excursion fun. Not rushed at all with plenty of time to experience all the sights. Lots of local lore and history. Lunch was at our own expense but the restaurant they took us to was exceptional. There were lots of large buses doing this same tour but none gave their patrons the time at each stop to explore in the same depth. Highly recommend this small group excursion. You won’t be disappointed.

They need more buses as there were big queues. Everything else was great. Definitely not for those with mobility issues.

Very knowledgeable and friendly guide and driver, tour was well planned and informative definitely recommend

Bus not marked and arrived late to cruise terminal. Tour guide was not knowledgeable; bus driver was excellent! Tour guide was not clear on meeting point for bus pick up.
Sandra_S, Aug 2025
What an amazing tour! Our guide Jillian and driver Allan went out of their way to make sure our tour was exceptional. Jillian being a local gal wanted us to see the main sites of Belfast through her eyes. I can’t say enough about the Giants Causeway and Jillian’s knowledge of the area was outstanding. Alan was an amazing driver and his willingness to take us anywhere was over and above. A must do tour!!

This was a good day trip. Our driver/guide, Geoffrey, was a retired Belfast police officer who gave us a first hand perspective on the demographic and political divisions of this relatively small city. A trip to the Giant’s Causeway was a nice treat and a refreshing hike. We had a small group of six people so we had a lot of individual attention and interaction. Recommended.

We were greeted with a warm smile and cheerful demeanor from Jillian and I just knew it was going to be a good tour! Gorgeous views, breathtaking sights. Our driver Derek got us closer to the sites for great views and photos. A lovely, relaxed day. Enjoyed the tour!
PaulA_C, Jul 2025
We had a very interesting guide, I didn’t quite get his name but I think it was Alec. He explained the political process which we were unaware of and had a lot of knowledge of the places we visited.
Curt_H, Jul 2025
This was a worthwhile tour. Our guide, Eduardo, was very good and informative. The Giants Causeway is well worth seeing. The tour of the city of Belfast was just informational. We drove through the city with a commentary and were dropped off in the city center for an hour of leisure before returning to our ship.
Felicia_R, Jul 2025
It was a great day with many beautiful stops along the way! Our guide/driver was very organized and punctual Would highly recommend it to anyone!
Cesar_M, Jul 2025
Tour operator Eduardo with Paddywagon tours was very knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the excursion. We saw so much in a day. Loved Dunluce Castle. The Giants causeway was very beautiful. The dark hedges and Belfast.
Clara, Jun 2025
We had a fantastic day touring Northern Ireland with Eduardo as our guide. He was friendly, engaging, and full of great information—from history and culture to fun local stories. We started in Belfast, then headed along the coast to visit the Giant’s Causeway and Dunluce Castle. Eduardo made everything easy and enjoyable, and he really helped us make the most of the day. Highly recommend him if you’re exploring the area!
Joy_W, Jun 2025
A little rough at the start finding our guide but once we found him, the rest of the excursion went smoothly. Definitely worth visiting all these places.
Christine_D, Jun 2025
We paid in full in advance and they never showed up! We waited an hour. When we finally reached someone, they said the tour was canceled but they didn’t bother to tell us! Now we have to figure out how to get our money back.
GAIL_D, Jun 2025
Estelle, was an wxc llwnt guide. We went to all the stops and a few more. There were 4 of us in a 10 seater van.
skblut, May 2025
Rachel and Ian the driver were very nice. You could tell Rachel’s enthusiasm and energy when she met us at the port.We took a drive to Giants Causeway . She made sure the bus was comfy for us and she also had the driver stop a couple of times for rest stops as it was an 8 hour tour. She had us singing Irish songs and she gave a good narrative of the sights she cared about the tourists to her country. In Belfast we got recommendations for restaurants and shopping we were limited to an hour and 45 minutes there wish we had spent more time there but for the price the tour was worth it . Thanks for a fun day!
Ramona_C, May 2025
Great overall tour of Belfast and the surrounding countryside. The driver added a stop at the Peace Wall because several people were interested in the Good Friday Agreement. Everyone appreciated it.
Sue_B, May 2025
The trip out to giants causeway was beautiful and the Glens were very quaint. The only complaint I have is the tour guide did very little talking and had very little historical knowledge to impart. The bus driver on the other hand was awesome and stepped up.
