Driver Made the Trip Almost Unbearable!

Our private transfer was not as expected and we were disappointed enough to ask to be dropped off before our final destination. The driver was 30 minutes late in meeting us this morning, despite our calling the Europe Journey support team and the driver earlier in the morning to confirm our pickup time and location. The driver drove so erratically that both passengers felt ill. The vehicle was so old that the driver said it didn't hold a change large enough to get us to our destination (Basel - Geneva), so we have to stop for 20 minutes to charge the car sufficiently. We were finished after that and asked the driver the driver to drop us off in Lausanne. Between initial anxiety of starting late and the vehicle being driven in a manner that made us feel nauseous, not having the car charged enough to reach our destination, it was an awful experience. Glad to be out of his car and safely resuming our trip.
