Nestled in Aviemore, beneath the wild and breathtaking Cairngorms mountain range, deep in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, the Cairngorm Gin Company was born in 2019. We set out on a passionate journey to craft something truly exceptional – an award-winning artisanal gin that encapsulates the essence of this untamed landscape. Enjoy three carefully selected measures from the award-winning Cairngorm Gin range, each served on signature wooden flight boards alongside premium Fever-Tree mixers. To elevate the tasting even further, each gin is perfectly matched with a Velvet Truffle created by Award-Winning Chocolatier, Iain Burnett — expertly crafted to highlight and enhance the flavour profile of every gin.

This incredible holiday tour of Edinburgh begins in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle. Our first doughnut shop is one of the cities original shops that hand-makes uniquely flavored donuts daily. Once you’ve had your fill at our first shop, we’ll take a leisurely walk through the Grassmarket up Victoria Street, one of the most photographed and beloved streets in all of Edinburgh. Along the way, we’ll point out various restaurants, shops, pubs, and other attractions you should check out while you are in Edinburgh. At our next stop near the Royal Mile, we’ll enjoy a delicious selection of chocolate, jammy, and other kinds of donuts at Mòr Bakery Followed shortly thereafter is a family-owned bakery with classic Scottish pastries that you are going to love. After a quick pause for some photos, we’ll make our way to our last stop which is a specialty coffee shop and donutterie. We hope you can join us on a fun-filled donut adventure in Scotland’s gorgeous capital city. Book your tour today!
