What a wonderful...
What a wonderful experience. Our guide Nick was amazing. He took us to these wonderful places that were truly spectacular. The highlight was the stop in Oban where we were free to explore for an extended period of time, thanks to Nick. We got to enjoy the city and visit the distillery. Must do trip

Exceptional tour for fan and non-fan alike
Even if you — unlike your wife, husband, partner … — is not a dedicated Outlander fan, this tour is fascinating. Our driver/guide, Kim, was informative, entertaining, engaging and an excellent driver as we visited five locations that were enlightening to both my wife (the Outlander fan) and me, more into the history. If you stay at the W Edinborough (highly recommend) the bus station pick-up/drop-off point is just a block away. Each stop had unique value, including Blackness Castle (where Jamie burst through a window and rescued Claire, I am told) and the last stop in Culross, where some key scene played out in the courtyard outside a window where Claire could be seen from the ground. I am told it was touching.

Great!
Amazing experience! Perfect day trip to see the Highlands. Fiona was fabulous and extremely knowledgeable. She made us feel welcome and safe. Things to note: Be prepared for a tighter fit on the bus, & make sure you aren’t waiting in the wrong line. A few of the tour company’s buses line up in the same onboarding area, so it can be a little confusing. Don’t want to miss your trip because of something small like that! Plus, keep in mind to have breakfast before getting on the bus. 😊

Soaking up the History at Urquhart Castle, Clava Cairns & Culloden
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour to Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle, Beauly, Clava Cairns and Culloden. The history that we were able to learn and the sites we saw were truly amazing. The little Harry Gow bakery where we had lunch in Beauly was fabulous. Our tour guide was both knowledgeable and personable; with his Viking hat, he was also unmistakable in a crowd. He did the driving so all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the day. . . which we did. Highly recommended.

A great day trip out of Edinburgh
We had a one day tour with Alistair, the driver. Went to Loch Lomond, the Kelpies, Stirling Castle and Callander. We had a terrific time at each of these places. Alistair did a great job of providing the right amount of background while deftly and safely driving our motor coach. Thank you!

Wet and windy day on the Isle of Skye
I can’t recommend Liam highly enough if you are thinking about the Isle of Syke and Donan Castle tour. The weather was cold, windy, and rainy but Liam made it one of the best tours I’ve taken. He knows the answer to whatever question you could ask and seems to really care that his passengers enjoy the experience. This guy is a real asset to Rabbie’s Tours.

Great tour
The tour was excellent. Our driver Stephen B was so knowledgeable. He told us all about the history of everything all along the way. Very nice man.
Seeing the hairy coos was a treat. It was a very long trip, but I’m not sure you could do a trip and see the things that we saw in a shorter amount of time. But you’re going to be on there for 13 hours. And lunch is not included in this tour so bring snacks. But there are opportunities to buy things to eat.

This was quite a long...
This was quite a long day, which was expected. The bus was comfortable and the scenery was amazing! Our guide, Dougie, was an excellent historian and provided commentary throughout the tour, interchanged with tasteful music of Scotland. We had a wonderful time!!

Scottish Highlands is a must!
So happy that we booked this tour to the Scottish Highlands! Stevie B navigated us safely on our journey while giving us great information along the way. His humor and kind manner made what could have been a very long day a truly wonderful experience for our family. We did not have many days in Edinburgh but sacrificing one city day was well worth it. The Highlands are so beautiful-don’t miss it! If you are prone to car sickness-don’t forget the Dramamine as you are on the bus for a long time.

Fantastic choice for Outlander fans as well as causal viewers
This trip was fantastic. It was a last-minute decision, and I'm so glad I did it. Even if you're not a huge Outlander fan, it's worth it because you get to see several castles and some beautiful parts of the countryside. If you are an Outlander fan (as I am) it was truly awesome. Our guide, Esme, was fantastic. She was funny, earthy (but still respectful of the fact that there were children onboard), had plenty of comfort breaks, gave suggestions on where to go, and even walked us into the towns. One of the best guides I've had- and I've taken lots of these types of trips!

Fantastic trip to Isle of Skye
Sonia was a fantastic guide. She had the right mix of humor, storytelling and history. The beautiful scenery speaks for itself but she added her gift for storytelling which made the whole experience that much better. If I could change one thing it would be to have fewer stops but stay longer at a few like Portree and Eilean Donan Castle.

Wonderful Highland Tour from Inverness
If you are looking for a train to be part of the tour, that didn't happen due to a last-minute change from the railroad operators. HOWEVER, our tour guide, Louise, was fantastic and safely drove us around the Highlands to visit some beautiful places, and we saw everything that we would have seen on the train (which I have experienced before). She was a beast at handling the bus on those "wiggly-squiggly" roads (as she described them), and I was happy to take a break from driving on the left side of the road and let her navigate us. As a native Scot, she told us many wonderful tales of Highland traditions along the way. She even quoted poetry! I always felt safe while she was driving, and she was professional and lots of fun.
