Top Lucerne Snowshoeing in 2026

Combine a vintage funicular train journey with a ride on the world’s only CabriO convertible cable car — an open-top gondola. After ascending Mt. Stanserhorn by funicular, you’ll see views of the Swiss alpine meadows replaced with open skies and soaring mountain peaks from the sundeck of the CabriO gondola. Tickets are prebooked to save you time and hassle before you board, and you’ll have free time to eat in the mountain’s revolving restaurant and take a summit hike.

The highest hanggliding tandemflight in Switzerland. From up to 2000m you fly for 20-60 minutes like an eagle. Hang gliding is the best way to fly free like a bird. It is faster and more intense than paragliding. Whether fast and wild or just in peace, your pilot adapts to your wishes. The ride on the nostalgic funicular and the world first CabriO to Mt Stanserhorn is unique. The wonderful view from the summit over whole central Switzerland will inspire you. We gently take off into the third dimension. The silent flight over mountains and lakes will be an unforgettable experience.
