What are people saying about Helsinki

It’s a “must do” activity!
It’s absolutely true that a Finnish smoke sauna is a wonderful experience. Mari, our guide, did a fantastic job of explaining history and culture to us throughout our lovely national park hike as well as the sauna and lake experience. Don’t be afraid of the lake! I highly recommend this tour.

Private Tour - Highly Recommend
What a perfect way to get an overview of Helsinki and spend time in Porvoo. Paulo was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all personable. My daughter and I both enjoyed his company and extremely thankful of how accommodating he was for us. Strongly recommend spending time with Paulo and learning about Finland.

Great Day with Nature.
Mikhail was a great guide. The national park was beautiful but a bit strenuous in parts. I'm 78 and managed it ok though. Mikhail was very patient and included some rest stops in the more difficult areas. Eating the wild blueberries, raspberries and strawberries was an added bonus. Mikhail also pointed out the different mushrooms including the Death Cap ones. The only wildlife we saw were some tiny frogs although there are brown bears in the park.

Fantastic finntastic tour!!!
Tatiana was a terrific guide! Lots of history and also info about customs/daily life. It was a great way to see a lot of sites and had time to go into several of them, not just seeing them from the street. Suggestions as to places to eat and visit afterwards were offered.

Because Finland's charming capital city enjoys a prime location along the country's southern coast, day trips from Helsinki promise an array of experiences rife with history, culture, and natural beauty. Popular day trip options include Suomenlinna island, the picturesque Old Town of Porvoo, and the historic former capital, Turku. For those eager to explore beyond Finland, a ferry journey across the Gulf of Finland leads to Estonia's vibrant capital, Tallinn, where guided tours await.
