We are located in the Chianti Classico area halfway between Florence and Siena, we are a farm that produces extra virgin olive oil and saffron. The passion for olive trees and oil has led us to want to make this wonderful reality known to all those who are interested in this product of our lands

Tour the vineyards and organic winery between Radda and Panzano, right in the Chianti Classico wine-producing area. Learn about local wine making, and take part in a wine-tasting session at the conclusion of your tour. Sample between 3 and 6 wines, accompanied by appetizers that include bread with olive oil produced on-site.

Experience the authentic side of Tuscan cuisine with this exclusive farmhouse cooking class. Meet your local host at their farm in the Chianti hills and enjoy a hands-on lesson to learn how to turn out fresh ravioli or “pici” pasta, beef ragu or other sauces, pizza dough, and chocolate “salami”. Relax over a homecooked meal after your lesson to enjoy the dishes you've prepared paired with local wine.

Discover Tuscany’s culinary heritage at a historic 17th-century villa in the heart of Chianti Classico. Start your day with an Italian moka coffee while learning about the villa’s winemaking history. Enjoy a guided walk through the vineyards, olive groves, and gardens, and uncover the art of wine production and organic farming. Delve into the family’s 3-generation tradition of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) production, followed by a professional EVOO tasting to distinguish the finest varieties. The experience continues with a delicious Tuscan light lunch, featuring local cheeses, cured meats, homemade pasta, and villa-crafted wine, all set against the breathtaking Tuscan hills. For true wine-lovers, there’s no greater thrill than seeing where Tuscany’s specialty red is made. During this in-depth tour of an organic, family-run winery, you’ll learn the ins and outs of Chianti Classico. Tour the scenic vineyard and sample four different red wine varieties inside the atmospheric on-site cellar. Pair your tasting with fresh cheeses and salami, all made from fresh regional products.

You will be in the middle of the Chianti classico area, enjoying our beautiful farm, having a typical Tuscan dinner including olive oil tasting over our olive Grove under the sky serves by all our family.

The experience begins at 10 : 00 in the morning. We will meet at our farm, where we will have a brief introduction to our small family business. Guests will be accompanied by an environmental Guide who will explain the route and provide information on the history, characteristics and peculiarities of the territory, as well as the different animal and plant species we will encounter along the way (if the season allows, we will collect edible wild plants for lunch). We will find a corner in the woods, perfect for a picnic, where we will taste a glass of wine from our company with cheeses and cold cuts. We will resume the journey back to our farm, where a three-course lunch of seasonal agricultural products will be served, including a tasting of our wines and extra virgin olive oil. The planned route is of medium-low difficulty with duration 2 - 2.5 hours.

During a guided tour through the vineyards with a picturesque view of Montalcino, you will learn about biodynamic viticulture. Afterward, a nicely arranged table awaits you, where you will get served 6 wines in 3 flights with matching, specially developed Gourmet Bites.

The tour takes place in a historic company, among the first to be part of the Consorzio del Brunello di Montalcino, the company was founded in 1950 by Silvio Nardi, an Umbrian producer of agricultural machinery, who had fallen in love with the Tenuta di Casale del Bosco during his numerous visits to Montalcino. In 1958 the first bottle of Brunello under the Casale del Bosco brand was marketed, the company has maintained a long history of tradition over the years, demonstrated by the fact that for over 70 years the Nardi family has continued to manage everything. The villa is also a perfectly preserved witness to the past history of the area.
