Wonderful experience

We took a 2-day, 1-night trip to the Black and White Deserts, and it was an amazing experience. Our journey started around 7:30 AM, with a drive of approximately 5–6 hours to the meeting point, where we stopped for lunch and transferred to a 4x4 vehicle. We opted for a group trip, which included around six tourists and our driver, Mustafa. Although Mustafa didn't speak much English, he was absolutely amazing and made the entire experience wonderful. He first took us to the Black Desert, followed by Crystal Mountain, before we continued our journey to the White Desert. Once we reached our camping spot, Mustafa prepared a delicious, freshly cooked dinner for us, consisting of BBQ chicken, vegetables, and rice. He also set up our camp and provided sleeping bags. After dinner, he made tea, and we even enjoyed some shisha. We got to experience the beautiful sunset, moonrise, and sunrise, which were truly unforgettable. It was quite cold for me, although others seemed to manage the temperature just fine. Mustafa also made a campfire, and we had a lovely evening sitting around it. Once we went to sleep, he thoughtfully cleaned and tidied everything up. The following morning, he prepared breakfast for us before we started our journey back. Along the way, we stopped at a hot water spring, which was okay, and then tried sandboarding, which was really fun. We eventually returned to the same meeting point, where we transferred back to another vehicle for the drive to Cairo. A special mention to Mustafa: He was fantastic. Despite the language barrier, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. His hospitality, cooking, and attention to detail really made the trip special. The only downside is the long drive. The overall journey involves approximately 8–10 hours of driving each way, depending on the route and stops, so be prepared for quite a bit of travel. Overall, it was a wonderful adventure, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique desert experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful experience thanks to Moka and our excellent driver! We were lucky to have Moka as our guide for two days in Cairo, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Moka is an extraordinary person: always smiling, friendly, kind, and with contagious energy. From the first moment, he made us feel comfortable and welcome, as if we were discovering Egypt with a good friend. His knowledge of Egyptian history is impressive. He explained every place with passion, clarity, and enthusiasm, making history come alive. He was always attentive to our needs, answered all our questions, and ensured that we enjoyed every moment. We also want to recognize our driver, who was extremely professional, kind, and responsible during both days. His excellent service and driving made us feel safe and relaxed at all times. Together they formed an exceptional team that made our visit to Cairo a very special experience. Thank you, Moka, and thank you also to our magnificent driver! Very good!!

The experience was very nice. The trip is quite long and we had moments of unnecessary waiting at the beginning. Beyond that, the guys who took us were super friendly, well organized, and made the experience very entertaining. Spending the night in the desert with that incredibly starry sky was one of the nicest things we did. The evening barbecue was delicious. Thank you! I recommend it

Ahmed and the best experience

I went to the black desert and the white desert and did sandboarding. Our guide, Ahmed, is very good at taking photos and took the best pictures at night. What was particularly impressive was being able to see a starry sky that cannot be seen in Japan. Dinner was very delicious, and the fox that visited was very cute. Thank you Ahmed!!! It was so much fun!!! Please try to book this tour everyone!!!!

Dedicated tour guide with great expertise

Adel was our tour guide and first gave us a very good overview of the exhibition. Afterward, he led us through the various areas and talked with great enthusiasm and a lot of expertise about the pharaohs and the individual exhibits. I found it particularly positive that Adel took a lot of time for our questions and always answered my many questions in a very detailed and understandable way. What really impressed me: He could not answer one question I asked during the tour immediately. A day later, however, he contacted me on his own initiative via WhatsApp and sent me the answer. I found that extremely thoughtful and very nice. You can tell that Adel is passionate about his job and really strives to provide his guests with an interesting and special museum visit. I highly recommend him as a tour guide!

Met Desert Foxes

My personal highlight was seeing the Desert Foxes. If you want to meet them you have to book your trip with Muhammad because he befriended some of them. Sleeping in the desert is a special experience - so peaceful and perfectly silent. Hard to describe the White Desert and the Crystal Mountain - you have to see it. Take your swimwear on the trip!

We had Michael as our tour guide and I can’t remember the drivers name but they were both so lovely and made us feel very safe. It was a great tour and we were able to swap out the Egyptian Museum for the new GEM. Although the tour operators themselves weren’t very nice or easy to deal with whilst asking to swap the museums, the actual tour guide and driver were very friendly.
