Luis- try for him!
I loved that JAT was in the cruise terminal building at the exit door- 3 bus loads and had about 8 persons delay our bus 45 minutes because??? So Luis met us after a bus ride to the park. This is mostly a walking tour- not really good for a walker and definitely not for wheelchair. Cobblestone streets. Bikers and horses have right of way. The canal ride was really nice. The history and buildings fantastic.
Requested Luis- he speaks fluent Spanish and great English and gave out so many details.

Great way to see Bruge
It’s a pretty long day and quite a bit of walking, including to and from the bus. Our bus had the Spanish speakers plus the English speakers so all of the commentary was done twice in the two different languages. Our guide was very helpful and friendly and we have plenty of time to explore Bruges. She gave us some good suggestions for restaurants to try and the one that we went to was great.

Excellent tour!
Excellent time exploring Brussels via the beer and chocolate scene. Appreciated learning about the different beers and what sets the chocolate apart from all of the chain brands. Daphne and Lena were excellent guides and very friendly and knowledgeable

Excellent tour without feeling touristy
Mark was very thorough and took us to all of the typical tourist highlights but also added some amazing stops at shops like Elisabeth and BS40 for chocolates (staff was all so friendly and attentive) as well as giving some history and examples of brown bars and beer history. The meal was incredible and having it in a private room felt more personal than some large scale operations. Every choice Mark made including his service was impeccable.

Hands Down Best Tour
This tour was amazing! A lot of wonderful Belgian food and drinks! We had cheese croquettes, shrimp croquettes, mussels in white wine sauce, meatballs, vol-au-vents, fries, Trappist beers, sweet pastry, more beer, homemade lemonade, hot waffles, and Neuhaus chocolate! But the most amazing part was our tour guide, Laurent! He is so knowledgeable, interesting and kind! Turns out he is also a professional photographer and took some beautiful pictures of us along the tour. They are special mementos of our time together. If you can take this tour while you are in Brussels, I highly recommend!

Ric was an exceptional guide with much knowledge of history told in an engaging way. Boat ride was fun and a nice 30 minute break from walking and standing. We were treated to chocolates and a cold beverage along the way also which was a pleasant surprise.

Had such a great time!
It was a hot day in Brugge and water and beer was plentiful! We loved trying Belgium beers and hearing about their history. We learned a lot about Belgium too! The waffles were fun and easy to make and delicious! This was such a fun part of our day! Highly recommend!

Chocolate dreams!
My daughter (10) and I had a fabulous experience! We learned about the chocolate making process and made truffles, bars, and some artistic creations. We even got to try some raw cacao. Its a great way to really immerse yourself in the Belgian chocolate experience!

Great way to start your trip in Brussels
Its a great way to start your trip in Brussels. It is highly informative. Our tour guide is very friendly and funny; and even gave suggestions on places to see and restaurants to try. Price is okay. You get to try two different types of waffles, chocolates and cookies. Highly recommended!

Tiago was a fantastic...
Tiago was a fantastic guide for our Brussels/ Bruxelles tour! The group was small (the four of us and two single travelers), but Tiago listened to us, heard our questions, and made sure he accommodated everyone’s specific questions. All in all, a wonderful introduction to Brussels and all it has to offer.

Great Tourguide
What an amazing tour! Francis was attentive, interesting and extremely knowledgeable! He also has a great sense of humour! Just tell him what you would like to see and he will take you there! It was wonderful and thank you so much for making our short time in your beautiful city so memorable!!

The chocolate workshop...
The chocolate workshop was amazing! We made delicious chocolates (filled and flat), enjoyed hot chocolate and learned about some history and some chocolate making technique. Sasha was a wonderful host and the chocolates were delicious. The place was well air conditioned, though there are steps to get in and a flight of steps to get upstairs, which may be difficult for some folks. Additionally, the workshop involved a lot of standing.
We had a great time, but some folks may want to call about being downstairs for the class if the stairs are an issue.

Storybook cities, chocolate factories, charming countryside—Belgium may sound like a fairy tale. Let it sweep you off your feet, and experience the best of the small country on your own terms. Belgium tours get you to the highlights without the hassle, with day trips to Ghent, Bruges, or Antwerp from Brussels or trips with a knowledgeable guide to World War One battle sites. If you are primarily interested in the chocolate, though, there’s plenty for you as well—walking tours featuring local chocolatiers, workshops where you craft your own truffles, or tours that bring beer and cheese to the table as well.
