What are people saying about Barcelona

Super Mario. 5-star tour guide.
Mario was our tour guide and driver to Montserrat Monastery. He is a safe driver. Being from Argentina, he offered unique insights to these two Spanish speaking cultures. Like our other guide, Joris, he has a university background and interesting hobbies. I have some mobility challenges. Mario was very thoughtfully about my needs to be independent and needs for a rest break. I felt well cared for and respected. Thank you.

Beautiful!
Beautiful up there! Do the walk to the cross they say it’s 20 minutes but it’s uphill. Worth it though. Traffic can make the bus ride much longer. Tour guide was expressionless and lacked energy.. He’s done this way too many times. It did not take away from the experience but was in sharp contrast to a tour guide the day before on a separate tour who was so passionate about Barcelona.

This tour provided a...
This tour provided a great overview of the fascinating history of both the Montserrat monastery and the Black Madonna. Our tour guide (Maria) was very knowledgeable and had the perfect personality for this type of activity. The visuals, natural, architectural and religious were simply breathtaking. All of this was enhanced by comfortable bus and train rides as well as a fun wine and cheese tasting activity. We would not hesitate to book this tour again.

Informative Tour of Barcelona
David our tour guide was super knowledgeable of the history of Barcelona and attentive. It was nice to see all the historical areas and facts on the highlights of Barcelona and local knowledge. Also, having the tour being small made it more interactive and easy to ask questions.

Highly recommend this tour!!
The Barcelona Highlights Tour with Sergio as our guide for the full day tour was fabulous…in fact beyond fabulous! It was the best Viator tour we’ve taken. Sergio was so knowledgeable about the history of each venue we visited and always able to answer our questions. My wife and I absolutely recommend this tour and guide!

Girona, Pals and Costa Brava
Enrico was amazing… great communication, prompt pickup, nice and clean vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about all the places we visited, had great recommendations, and gave a perfect blend of tour time and free time. I’m so happy we found his tour and highly recommend him!

Compact tour with excellent historical facts and beautiful buildings. Would recommend Tomas as a guide!
Tomas cleverly wove a great story about the history of Barcelona as we stopped at the various sights on the bike tour. The bikes had good brakes which was useful as it rained in the first 1.5hrs of the 3hrs tour. They have plenty of helmets to choose from. Speeds were kept down and you had to pump the brakes with both hands for safety in the rain. Nearly all flat, the 7.5 mile route took us past breathtaking historic buildings and it was such fun riding through the Gothic Quarter (although you had to be very careful of pedestrians). We stopped half way for a coffee in one of the lovely parks and chatted to each other (only 7 of us in the group) which was a nice break from the rain. We got some great photos and Tomas was happy to take some of us too. Thank you, Tomas, you have a beautiful city and were an excellent guide. Best wishes, Mandy and Simon from Hertfordshire, UK.

The Perfect Way to See Barcelona!
We had such a great time on our Tuk Tuk tour with Ivan! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so much fun.
It was the perfect way to see so much of Barcelona, especially since we had just arrived in the city. Ivan showed us so many of the highlights, shared interesting history along the way, and made the tour feel relaxed rather than rushed.
I would definitely recommend doing this early in your trip. It helped us get our bearings and gave us a great overview of Barcelona. Ivan was fantastic, and this was such a fun way to kick off our vacation!

An Outstanding Private Tour and Guide
This private tour was the perfect introduction to Barcelona and the work of Antonio Gaudi and is led by one of the best tour guides we have ever had! Adrian was in communication with us the day before and picked us up promptly at the Eurostars Hotel. (I recommend a 5 minute taxi ride from the front of the ship as it was a 45 minute walk from our ship to the port entrance) Then we were off on a perfect one-day tour of Barcelona beginning with the spectacular Montjuic mountaintop view of the city, followed by a walking tour of the Gothic Quarter where he introduced us to the early history of Barcelona, as well as the traditional Caganer figures (which of course we had to purchase for our grandchildren) and one of the oldest candy shops in the city (with free samples)! We then traveled to a excellent restaurant where we enjoyed a traditional tapas lunch, followed by a 5 minute walk to Sagrada Familia! After Adrian provided careful instructions on use of the audio guide, he walked us to the front of the line for an hour tour of this magnificent basicilica! Afterward, we rode to Park Guell to explore the Gaudi architecture, gift shop, and panoramic city views. Throughout the 8 hour tour, Adrian shared interesting information about the history, culture, architecture of this wonderful city. He was extremely friendly, professional, knew how to get us to each destination quickly and safely, and was careful to return us to the starting point in plenty of time to return to the ship. Don't hesitate to book this private tour...This tour by Adrian was the highlight of our Western Mediterranean cruise!

Barcelona for beginners
This was our first full day in Barcelona. We chose this as a way to see the city and identify places we would like to revisit. This turned out to be a great opportunity and well worth the time and money. We were pleased to have Vinyet as our tour guide. She was very pleasant easy to understand and very fun to be with. She was very informed about the history of the city the Ark the architecture and knew her way around town very very well. It made the four hour excursion very easy. I would highly recommend this tour and would seek out. Vinyet as my guide.

Dali & Girona is a worthy day trip
Xavier was a great guide with a great knowledge of European history. Girona was stunning and Xavier took us to both Dali's castle home with his wife Gala on the way to Figueres, as well as the Dali Museum in Figueres. A great day trip. Highly recommend it.

Wine Knowledge & Hidden Gems
Our tour guide Kailie was phenomenal. She had extensive knowledge of wines not only from Spain, but from other regions of the globe. Her ability to cross reference helped us understand the world of wines better.
Additionally, we were exposed to a lesser known area of Barcelona, full of hidden gem wine bars and tapas restaurants.
We 1,000% recommend this tour!
