Excellent tour

Excellent tour, very informative. Antonio made sure everyone was present at the meeting site, we skipped right past the line, and had a wonderful tour of the outside and inside of the Sagrada Família. Antonio was super knowledgeable and we were given headsets so we could hear him at all times. Highly recommend!

Vitaly is awesome and...

Vitaly is awesome and knowledgeable (one of the questions was about the kind of stone used, and Vitaly pointed at different stones and explained where they came from!). Everything he talked about was interesting and relevant with a few personal photos and stories of him observing the construction progress. Vitaly gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and extra time at the end to chat more. Although the tour cost was on the expensive side, the tour guide, the small group size, and the whole experience were worth it and became the most memorable part of our vacation. Visiting at 6pm turned out to be a good choice: low sun created beautiful lighting inside. We experienced none of the issues I was worried about after reading other reviews for various Sagrada Familia tours. Of course, one has to arrive on time. Our tour started promptly at the scheduled time. The communication from Crown Tours was great, instructions about the meeting place were clear, and it was very easy to find the meeting place. Apparently, one person from Crown Tours gathers groups and then hands them off to the tour guides. The listening devices were all working well, the sound was clear, no one seemed to have any problems hearing and understanding Vitaly as long as they were within 10-12 meters range. Going through the security was efficient, it took, perhaps, 5-7 minutes to get our group of 15 through. There were many people inside, but not to the point where Vitaly couldn't easily (at least he made it seem easy) find a spot for our group to stop, look around, and listen to him. We could stay inside once the tour was over and explore more, including the lower level exhibits, where the tour does not go. No issues, great guide, great tour!

Vitaly’s attention to detail regarding Sagrada Familia was exceptional. He educated us not only on the history , completed and ongoing construction, but also on Gaudi and his connection to Barcelona and his vision . He explained the meaning of the details and features throughout. The tour was well paced and Vitaly was attentive to finding optimal locations for photographs. Our tour guide overcame our torturous double hike up the hill

You need to plan a little ahead to get to the meeting spot. We followed the Apple Maps from the Viator app and it tried to take us through the park to get to the meeting place. We had to walk all the way down the hill and back up. This is not an easy walk. That part needs to be worked on to inform people. It very well could have ruined the tour. Some of us almost decided not to go while we were walking up the hill. That said our guide was great. His passion shined through. He also understood the group was tired and hot from the hike up the hill and guided us accordingly in shaded spots. Overall we enjoyed the tour. Wish the app would have guided us better towards the meeting place.

This tour exceeded our expectations. My family of four was blown away by our visit. The views of the church from the outside and the inside were stunning. Informative experience! This small group allowed for personalized tour and discussion. Mario was friendly and knowledgeable and a nice guy. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice tour of the Gaudi homes. Please take consider that there is a 30 minute walk between Gaudi houses of 1 and 2. A great way to experience Barcelona

The tour was very informative and Sergio kept us completely engaged. The tour of the Gothic center was very interesting. The tour of the Sagrada Família was abit chaotic, but Sergio kept us on track. Unfortunately by the time we reached the Gaudi Milà house we were all a bit exhausted after experiencing Parc Güell.

Vincent was an absolutely fantastic guide! We only had one night in Barcelona after our Mediterranean cruise, but he made the absolute most of our limited time.
