The one winery where we had lunch is not one that I would recommend
Dean was excellent, such a pleasure. Two of the three wineries were very nice. Lambert, not so much. They are famous for their pizza however they had no pizza because their ovens were broke very overpriced. $16 for a side order of french fries and although we were at a winery, not a single sample or tasting of one of their Wines my husband had to purchase a glass so this one not impressed with at all. I would not suggest or advise anyone to go back there . Our time at yalumba was okay, even though we had to pay for the samples even if we purchased a bottle. Our favorite was Rusden. Cheese and crackers with our tasting, informative. The tours are not inexpensive having one or two where the tastings are included would be a bonus. We love Viator and certainly would not let this be a reason not to continue to use them. We have in the past and we will continue in the future very helpful. Very good about getting back to you so when your husband loses his wallet and the driver returns it immediately. Thanks again, Dean.

Take me to the vine lands 🍷
Excellent communication from provider texting and communicating pickup days prior to tour. Tour was with Benders Bus tours and the guide was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in clearly advising how long at each stop. I was travelling solo for a long weekend break so this mix of local farm produce, chocolate, German Village Hahndorf, arts & looking at Vasse Virgin at Seppeltsfield and then the wine tours and gourmet lunch made for a fun eventual day for wine lovers or not so much wine lovers there’s plenty of interest and a scenic drive.

I absolutely loved this...
I absolutely loved this bus tour. Steven out bus driver was friendly and informative. The pick up location was easy to find. Mount Lofty summit was absolutely stunning and I really enjoyed Hahndorf as well. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. I highly recommend this half day tour

Wine, donuts, lunch and chocolates
The wineries, the old buildings and scenery is amazing. Browns Barossa Donuts were amazing and everyone enjoyed lunch at Kies Family wines, which was included in the price. The wine tours and tastings were lovely and we had time at Seppeltsfield to look around the estate.

A great intro to Adelaide and surrounds!
Excellent tour. Tom was a great tour guide. Super knowledgeable, especially with the wine region! The drive tour through the city part was better than I expected, so many fun alleys and side streets and places we decided to return to the next day. We didn’t feel rushed at any of the stops. We had three kids with us between 6 and 10 who had a great time, though it was a long day for them.

Sensational tour!
We all really enjoyed our trip to Victor Harbour and the Fleurieu Peninsula. It was a gorgeous sunny day and we visited so many quaint and beautiful locations. Our tour guide, Martin was very informative and supplied us with lots of interesting information, plus he had a great sense of humour and was very helpful. Thank you!

Great day in the Barossa
A wonderful day out gaining a taste of the Barossa Valley. Visited one large winery with an extraordinary history and then another smaller family enterprise where lunch was served after the wine tasting. Great tour driver/director, Jeffrey, who was friendly and provided just enough information as we drove around the Barossa and the beautiful Adelaide hills on our way to Hahndorf.
Clean and comfortable minibus.

Wine tour experience
I have given this tour 5 stars because that is what it deserves primarily with our tour guide Baden whose communication, friendliness and knowledge of Adelaide and the Barossa wine industry was next level. We have been on many wine tours but this would be one of the best. Would totally recommend to others

A fun day out
A wonderfully relaxed way to visit the surrounding areas of Adelaide.
Roy’s humour and genuine engagement made a grey day into a fun, memorable experience. He clearly enjoys going above and beyond to make his tours memorable.
He made a conscious effort to engage with all passengers, and encouraged everyone to enjoy each other’s company.

Kangaroo Island day trip.
It's a huge day but well worth it if you're short on time in Adelaide/ South Australia.
Joanne the driver and guide is very knowledgeable and obviously loves Kangaroo Island. She is very professional when it comes to safety and care of the travellers.
I loved Remarkable Rocks and the Wildlife sanctuary. Kangaroo Island kangaroos are the cutest ever and being able to get so close to koalas and even pat them while they were in a tree was a treat.
Thank you!

Amazing experience
Really enjoyed our morning kayaking at Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary. The guides (Mark and Liam) were really friendly and welcoming as well as being very knowledgeable about the area and dolphins. Liked going through the mangroves, learning about wildlife and then seeing two dolphins who were swimming and diving around the harbour.
Would definitely recommend this as an activity to do, and would do it again when we next visit.
Thank you so much.

My Little Torrens River Adventure
A cute little trip up the river talking about all the local landmarks. Captain and host were lovely. My highlight was seeing the little ducklings and their mothers along the way. The only minus is taking people back to the original dock to drop them off halfway through the cruise, so you go back to the beginning again. Either way, I highly recommend and the value is definitely worth the money.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
While Adelaide charms with its sunny beaches and thriving cultural scene, there’s a whole lot of South Australia to see beyond its major city. Wine fans can sample the region’s finest at Barossa Valley or McLaren Vale, and nature lovers can explore the Murray River and meet the wildlife on Kangaroo Island. Elsewhere, take in the views at Victor Harbor and visit historic towns such as Strathalbyn and Hahndorf. With transport, guides and often food and drink included, Adelaide day trips offer a hassle-free way to experience Australia’s south.
