Great wines and views. But do not underestimate the story telling by the bus driver, that was next level. Highly recommend.

One of the best day tours I've ever done. Russell was an extremely friendly and knowledgeable driver, and every winery had such a different beautiful vibe. 100% recommend, both solo and groups

This was a very relaxed and informative tour. The pace of tasting at each winery was perfect. Our tour guide was Jordan and he was fantastic, just a wealth of information. Highly recommend and see if you can get Jordan as your guide !!

Thanks for this awesome review. Sara is a wonderful guide and puts so much effort into her day. The Barossa is a beautiful region and I agree that even if you don't love wine you will still have a wonderful time.
Tanya_B, Apr 2026
Great day out visiting the area & having allocated servers & the time to taste wines without jostling for position with others.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Hi Tanya, thanks for this lovely review. It's a great day in the Barossa and I am so happy you enjoyed it so much.
Mandy_W, Apr 2026
Good day out. Mainly for red wine lovers. Tour guide was excellent and knowledgeable. Good lunch at Turkey Flats winery.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thanks for the 5 star review Mandy. The Barossa is without doubt a red wine region however there are always a few white wines floating about. The lunch is lovely and just what you are after during a wine tour.
Emma_S, Apr 2026
Really lovely day, particularly enjoyed the wine tastings and information about Adelaide and the Barossa from our driver.

Terrific three vineyard and Barossa countryside+ tour, one of the best we’ve completed with Viator suppliers!
Shout out to John, our superb driver/guide. He really made the day with his detailed and humorous info about Adelaide and the Barossa, their history, peoples and culture.
We tasted c. 18 very different and interesting wines, a lunchtime feast at Turkey Flat, and had time at Mengler’s Hill lookout.
A great day out!

Great driver (JR) very knowledgeable about the area and Adelaide, lovely scenery. Wineries were very scenic and tasting guides at each spot were fun and knowledgeable about the wines. Lunch was plenty and presented well

Wonderful tour with a very knowledgeable guide. J.R knew just about everything there was to know and was a great bloke. The local wines on showcase were delicious as well.

Baden was extremely entertaining, knowledgeable and the wineries were well curated and had an excellent selection of offerings.
I highly recommend this tour if you want to get a day experience of the Barossa Valley.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Hi Rene, thanks for this wonderful review. Baden puts a lot of effort into his tours and it's wonderful to see people appreciate that. We love visiting the smaller family wineries, they put so much effort and passion into hosting our groups.
Regal_K, Mar 2026
Excellent wine tasting experience. Do a little research ahead of time to learn about the wines produced in Barossa which will come in useful. Jordan was excellent in delivering and enhancing the experience. Well done.

Well worth the money, had a fabulous day out. Don't worry if you are flying solo, you will not be left out. Jason our tour guide kept up a great commentary. I think the wine tastings were spot on.
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Hi Taylor, such a great point about traveling solo. Doing a tour like this you are ALWAYS going to meet people you can spend time with. Jason is a great guide. We are so happy you enjoyed your tour.
jan_r, Feb 2026
A nice day tour. The wineries were good as was the charcuterie for lunch. Bring your own water
Our guide provided interesting information unfortunately it was very difficult to hear in the rear of the van. Nice small group.
Renate_L, Feb 2026
Great tour thanks to our guide Jason. He gave us lots of insights and also great recommendations regarding our stay in Adelaide.
The only small critical remark: a mix of wineries, like two small and one big, renowned would have been appreciated.
Irina_I, Feb 2026
Pleasant day drive in the group of wine lovers- international and domestic travellers who became like a family. Beautiful views, 3 wineries and more than 20 various wines testing. Impressive inter generational stories of wisdom and hard work, imagination and achievements. Great foods, easy purchases and many photos!
Ronald_C, Feb 2026
We had Peter as the driver for our tour. He was a great commentator and provided a very knowledgeable commentary of what we saw. He did a couple of quick side tours and took us to a few other areas to have a look at. Very much appreciated.
Sophia_S, Jan 2026
This was a great experience. Our guide and bus driver JR was very friendly and full of great history and stories about Adelaide and the wine region. The vineyards were beautiful and we were treated specially due to this tour. Each vineyard shared a lot of information about their own wines and the process of wine making in general. We learnt a lot and tasted some great red’s. The tour is well spaced out, with great stops between vineyards to pace out the tasting. We throughly enjoyed our trip and felt it was well worth the value.
Wayne_S, Jan 2026
We really enjoyed the tour. JÉR was funny and insightful and made the day. We went to 3 wineries had some good some wines, some bad wines and some great ones. The lunch was a great charcuterie board. We’d recommend it
Trevor_W, Jan 2026
We did the tour on one of the hottest days of the summer - 44C - so we were very glad of the air-conditioned bus and wineries. Russell, our driver and guide, was very knowledgeable and funny. Pickup was timely and convenient. Each of the wineries had its own distinct character and (no surprise!) we bought wine at each one. The lunch at Turkey Flat vineyard was great - a board of meat, cheese and bread along with a delicious beet relish, dried apricots and a pot of pâté, all locally produced. I’m not sure why we didn’t make the stop at Whispering Wall. Maybe it was closed as it may well have been a Fire Ban day.
Natalie_G, Jan 2026
Gave this 3 stars as I don't have another wine tasting tour to compare with. Our driver Thomas was fabulous, very knowledgeable and lots of fun, which makes for a great day. We really enjoyed Kies winery, the wine tasting experience was really well done there. Lunch was a platter, which was nice, but everyone was expecting something a bit more substantial. All in all a good day, and definitely worth visiting the Barossa.
Maggie_W, Dec 2025
Lovely day out - exactly as described. Aaron was a great guide providing an interesting commentary without boring us - and his jokes weren't bad either!. His song choice was good too. Oh - and the wineries were excellent too!
Dionne_D, Dec 2025
The Barossa Experience tour is a fantastic way to spend the day. We visited lovely wineries, had a perfect lunch at Murray Street and then were lucky enough to add activities to suit our three generation family group. Our guide Vin, was friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He made sure that we had a great time.
Sanna_K, Dec 2025
Tour was really great! The guide was friendly and told a lot about the surrounding areas. I would do this tour again!
Carol_G, Dec 2025
Great tour guide/driver, 3 vineyards with wine tasting, the third included a delicious lunch of meats, pate and cheese. Perfect pairing with their superb wines.A great day!
