We were fortunate to hike on Mount Etna with our French guide Virginia, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience. From the very beginning, Virginia made us feel at ease with her kindness, professionalism, and her contagious passion for Etna and Sicily. Her explanations were extremely detailed and fascinating: the history of the different eruptions, the geological formation of the volcano, the fauna, the flora, local anecdotes… every moment of the hike was enriching.
