Our driver Bob was awesome. He told us all about the fruits and little animals on our way to the Blue Hole. He was a really nice and easy fellow to talk to. The Blue Hole was even more incredible than the photos. I was a lil scaredy cat and only jumped from the ladder, but my husband dove in from all the highest points. Everyone at the blue hole was very nice and welcoming, We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

I had assumed that I was booking a group tour, so I was pleasantly surprised that it was private. Shelton was a very nice driver who pointed out a lot of sites along the drive, and answered all of our questions about life on the island. He was a pleasure.
The Blue Hole Minerals Springs were beautiful and magical and the energy of the environment and the people there were truly “good vibes!” It was exciting and not to scary to jump into the hole, and it was fun to watch the locals doing crazy things like jumping from the tree.
Rick’s Cafe had some great food (excellent lobster) and the cliff diving was cool. It was crowded but that wasn’t really a problem. It was a little annoying that they confiscated water on entry but what can you do?
Overall I highly recommend seeing the Blue Hole Springs and Rick’s Cafe and this is a great tour to do it with.

The trip was great until the end. The driver basically extorted $10/person (+tip) for a trip already paid for. When I contacted Viator, they said “sorry that happened” with no further action. Terrible customer service response.

We are happy you enjoyed the trip. The driver did not extort you because our drivers will never charge customers for a service that was already fully paid. When we contacted the driver it was advise upon reaching the hotel for drop off he did not mention anything about additional charges for the tours and it was the leader of the group who collected the cash and gave it to him so he assume it was a tip.
We would appreciate it if you had clarified the details before making such a remarks about our driver.

Nice clean vehicle, driver, Shelton, was excellent. Very friendly and showed us around Jamaica. Assisted us at each stop and even brought us to get some beef patties.

Our driver Demar was super awesome! He was very accommodating as well as a careful and experienced driver. The car was clean and the ac was cold, thankfully. He even made an unplanned (but requested) stop for us to have some local curried goat. I can’t say enough about how great he was. He made the tour great for us!

My husband and I had a fantastic time with Demar and on this excursion. Demar was excellent and was a joy to talk to. He took us to some shops in Negril to get exactly what we wanted for souvenirs. He then took us to Blue Hole Springs, which was my favorite destination in Jamaica. It was low key, quiet, and the staff were amazing. After my husband and I spent some time there we went to Ricks Cafe. Ricks was busy and the lifeguards were rude but that had nothing to do with this experience. The whole experience was private, which made the experience more intimate. We had a fabulous time and if we return, we will book this experience again!

We had the best time! Damar, the owner of DG and our guide, is phenomenal. He personalized our trip. He even stopped for coffee and later ice cream at our request! We ate amazing local jerk chicken (not the tourist trap stuff), saw and learned about the island on our way to our destination, and had the ultimate private experience at the stops. I definitely recommend him and the cliff jumping.

He is a great conversationalist, very knowledgeable of the area, and trustworth! Such a wonderful experience! Mario helped us at the Blue Hole with a tour and a limestone facial. I had a wonderful experience. From the driver to the tours. I booked this trip to Jamaica for my moms birthday without knowing much about the island. I had a driver on this tour that was absolutely amazing. Just mom and I, he treated us with so much respect and showed us everything on this side of the island… he was even personable. Not once did he rush us, just asked us a time we would be ready so that way he can make sure he is ready. I want to thank you guys and will definitely book with you guys on our next trip back!!!

Great tour! Demar was a wonderful tour guide, answering all of our questions and was willing to stay as long as we wanted or leave when we were ready. We were able to get all of our souvenirs, overcome some fears at Blue Hole and experience an essential stop at Rick’s. A great end to our first trip to Jamaica.

This was an incredible tour of some gems the west side of Jamaica had to offer. Had the chance to do not one, but two separate cliff dives! One in a natural spring, and one in the ocean at Rick's Café. Tour guide was super knowledgeable of this region of the island and introduced me to some very friendly Jamaican shop owners, to try specialty rum! Great experience all in all!
