Our driver, Jensen, was excellent! He was very punctual, friendly, and welcoming from the moment he picked us up at the airport. During the drive to Antigua, he shared interesting facts about Guatemala, pointed out places along the way, and made the trip both informative and enjoyable. One of our favorite fun facts was that the coffee at McDonald’s in Guatemala is surprisingly some of the best around because it’s locally sourced. His local knowledge and great conversation made the ride fly by, which we especially appreciated after landing late in the day following a long flight. Excellent choice for transport

My driver was great, polite, and helpful. Anibal was right where he said, my name on a sign held high (it was very busy). The ride was very comfortable. He played music at a reasonable volume, not too loud or too quiet. Got me exactly to my hotel even though the entrance is not well Marked and it was closed. Carried my roller suit case at the airport to the car and got it into the hotel, despite me saying it was not really necessary, great customer service.

The tour was good. Bring a jacket and it’s a lot of walking. Rueben was a good tour guide and was on time. The commute from Guatemala City was about an hour or little over away. Antigua is a beautiful city and the views on the tour were great. We’d recommend.

Unfortunately, I was unable to make this ride. My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight. I gave the agency a 10 hours notice that I would be delayed a day, they provided a refund instantly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, they were already sold out for the following day so I had to find another ride, however, that is by no ways their fault. I appreciated their prompt refund.

Our driver Diego was awesome! Our arrival time into the airport was delayed so we figured we would have to reschedule a ride, but we were wrong! Exceptional experience

I am a very tough customer as I travel a lot and love history answer. This trip makes it as one of the best experiences I have ever had. Just in 8 hours we covered so much ground, from coffee and chocolate tasting to visiting Mayan pyramid site, watching shamans perform ceremonies on top of walking Antigua at length and seeing all the historical sites. It was one of the magical experiences I had. Pamella was so easy to communicate with and also extremely knowledgeable not only about Guatemala and Antigua but also the history about the whole region.

Exquisite cultural experience…SIX STARS!!!!

We spent a magical evening with Chef Wilfredo, learning, cooking and dining in his beautiful home with stunning city views. He carefully planned a traditional menu and explained Mayan traditions and flavours. Chef Wilfredo speaks good English and is politely attentive to all guest needs. We enjoyed a three course meal with Mayan beverages, serenaded by traditional music. No special cooking ability is required, just openness to the new experience. Chef Wilfredo is a true gentleman and an expert in his field. It was a privilege to receive his specialist knowledge about traditional Mayan recipes and flavours. An exquisite dining and cultural experience that we can’t recommend highly enough! Safety note: Chef Wilfredo picked us up personally from our hotel in his own vehicle and his home is located in a safe district of the city with a high level of security on the garage, entrance and elevator. This cultural experience is probably the safest evening activity available in the city. We were a group of two ladies and had no security concerns of any kind while we were with Chef Wilfredo.
