This was so worth it! We were in Milan for 2 short days and we wanted to visit the lakes. This was the best day and they accommodated us and made great suggestions since we were traveling with our 2 young kids (5/10 years old). Everyone had a blast and we would definitely book again!

Really good drive. We were taken to all the highlights along the way. Amazing view of Lake Como from the funicular. Beautiful gardens, villas and finally to Bellagio .

Our driver/guide, Franco, was very considerate and pleasant. He adjusted our trip accordingly. He gave us recommendations on where to start, as well as how long we should do it for. We exceeded the recommended time per area, since we had a senior with us, but it wasn’t an issue with Franco. We didn’t feel rushed at all! We highly recommend this tour and driver if you want to have a pleasant and convenient family trip.

This was a disappointing tour. Whislt we enjoyed the scenery etc, we were very disappointed that we didn't have an English speaking driver!!! We didn't know where we were or where we were going as he couldn't understand our questions and he couldn't let us know where we were. At one point we through we had stopped for lunch as that is what we understood from him but it wasn't the lunch stop but further on.
We feel we missed out on a lot of information etc due to the driver not speaking english. We had to get a ferry accross to Bellagio however, the driver left us in the car for over an hour whilst getting tickets to go over on the ferry - we didn't know what was going on - we could have just got out of the car and got on the ferry ourselves and met him over there later. Due to this we wasted over an hour and a half of our tour waiting in the car. If he could have spoken English we would have known what was going on and gone over ourselves on the ferry.
My parents paid for this day tour as a wedding present and it was very disappointing.
My parents did the same tour back on August 2023 and their driver spoke English and had an amazing day tour and hence why they gave us the same tour for our wedding present.
Very Very disappointed.

It is especially disheartening to learn that this was a wedding gift from your parents, and that it did not meet the expectations set by their own enjoyable experience.
Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the extended wait at the ferry but sometimes not depending to us, the ferry stop for traffic or some other reason like electric problems or docking issues so you can’t reach other size if the ferry are not able to reach.
Regarding driver English speaking this not results us. All our driver speaks English very well . Sincerely I don’t understand what are happening. We are very sorry for this misunderstanding situation.

Perfectly paced and fantastic day. Andrea, our tour guide and driver was fantastic. He was very flexible and mixed up the day to accommodate some things we wanted to do. We hit the key sites at exactly the right time thanks to knowledge and expertise. He is also an excellent driver - I guess you need to be to navigate the busy roads around lake como.

The driver was not friendly and did not give us any helpful recommendations. He seemed frustrated most of the time and we spent most of our day aimlessly roaming around and asking people for tips on where to go or Googling things. This tour was not an actual tour and we regretted booking this. It was basically just a car service.

Honestly, we have received different feedback from you, especially since you requested extra hours with our driver to enjoy dinner by the lake!
Our private driver service is not just a simple transfer; it takes you to places that you wouldn't be able to reach with any other means of transportation.
As a tourist, it can be challenging to organize a plan like ours.
You can't reach these places because there are simply no other means of getting there, and you can't organize it because you're not familiar with the area. Even if you try to gather information, you wouldn't be able to do it as efficiently as we have. Not to mention the lines and the difficulty of taking public transportation, where you would have to wait for hours due to traffic.
Instead, with our private service, you can comfortably enjoy your day around the lake in an air-conditioned vehicle, completely relaxed. I also suggest you look up the traffic testimonials online to see what you have avoided.
I assure you that when you and your family are waiting for hours in 40-degree heat, you would pay even more for a private service just to get back to your hotel. I guarantee it, and I speak from experience!

Best tour ever! The service, the cleanliness of the car, the courteousness and kindness of Ervis made us feel so welcome. It was our first time in Lake Como and it was my birthday, Ervis made it extra special by suggesting a super good restaurant across of lake Como, in the town of Bellagio.

It was raining dogs and cats. There was absolutely no explanation as to the sites that we were visiting. A waste of our time - we ended up with very limited understanding of what we saw.

We had a great day visiting Lake Como. Our tour guide, Arian, was absolutely terrific providing us with detailed information about the area and the towns we visited. For a special treat, Arian was able to get us lunch reservations at Villa D’Este which was a highlight of the tour. The tour definitely made our trip to Italy very special.

The tour was awesome! The lunch at the Veranda restaurant at the Villa D’Este hotel was the highlight for us. The private tour was in very comfortable, clean, and new Mercedes van/cars (some companies have beat up cars) and we pretty much tailored it to what we wanted to do. Ervis from Fivestars made everything go smoothly and he was very accommodating with our needs/likes/time. It was easy to communicate with Iulian and Ervis when we arrived in Milan. They respond all texts in a timely manner what have us peace of mind. I definitely recommend this service from Fivestars.

Hermes was amazing! First time in Lake como and this was the best way to see it especially Bellagio. Transportation was extremely comfortable and favorite part was lunch. He had reserved a very popular place that over looked the lake.

This was an absolutely amazing excursion from Milan. Our driver Ervis was the best! Ervis was professional, courteous, kind, and has extensive knowledge of the area…he ensured we made it to remarkable sights early and enjoyed cool morning touring of Lake Como. Ervis also made the best lunch reservation for us at a restaurant overlooking the lake. I absolutely recommend this tour.

My husband , daughter (15) and myself had a Wonderful tour. Our driver Julian went above and beyond. He drove us around the lake telling us interesting facts about the area. When we walked around on our own he was always quick in response to pull car up and move on. So glad we went.

What a beautiful day visiting some of the most picturesque spots in the Lake Como area. Our driver Fabrizzio was excellent. As always, they tailor the tour to your likes. Private and exclusive. The private car was an excellent way to see the area, and to get dropped off and picked up when you are ready.
