Great tour. Guide spoke great English, proficient in the history, and was concise and informative. There is a lot of walking and a lot of stairs.

This was a great way to see Milan on the ground. Anna was very friendly and very knowledgeable, with good English, and we learned a lot. It was very enjoyable. And the skip the line tickets were a big plus. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we were not able to take the tour because my husband was ill and we were delayed in Venice. I understand they had already purchased the tickets for entrance but there was no accommodation or suggestion of a discount for a rebooking. In fact, the comment was, “Well if you can make it the guide will be there”. No reflection on the guide or company because it was definitely not their fault.

This was just as many reviews have said - easy walk and great pace. Ana was very knowledgeable and flipped our schedule around to accommodate the limiting hours at the theater that day. We may have been able to do the building tours on our own, but she seemed to share more history and information than I expected! We really enjoyed this tour.

It was a real treat to see inside La Scala theater. Silvia made the experience come alive for us . Silvia was so incredibly knowledgeable about the theater, the composers, the performers and the history of the area. We loved the whole tour with her.

Loved the easy pace of the 3 hour walking tour. Usually the duomo is included but had to be re-arranged. Inside LaScalla opera house, Galleria and Castle for full history.
Guide Val was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We had the most wonderful time, our guide was soo knowledgeable, took her time showing us everything but gave us space to discover on our own as well. Honestly, if we did not do this tour we would have been so confused, stuck in lines and spent hours in crowded areas. Definitely recommend to book!

This was supposed to be a tour of 3 places: the Duomo, La Scala Museum, and Sforza Castle. The guide was very knowledgeable about the Duomo but we spent 80% of the time here. She was not very knowledgeable about opera and wasn’t able to give a useful tour of the La Scala Museum. The tour description made it sound like we would go inside the Sforza Castle. We just stopped outside.
4 stars for the Duomo, 1 star for La Scala, 0 stars for Sforza Castle

This was a private tour by guide for four persons. We were delighted to discover that our private guide on a trip to Lake Como, Eddy, would be our guide around Milan. Once again, he did not disappoint. The tour of the Duomo included the rooftop tour. He was very thorough in his lectures about the construction and continued maintenance of the structure. We walked as a group over to La Scala and then to Sforza Castle. It was a lovely morning. It was also Fashion Week in Milan. This only added to the excitement. A very good itinerary with an excellent guide. If you only have one day in Milan, this is a great way to spend it.

Our expected guide cancelled at the last minute but Emilio did a great job showing us around town. We walked through most of Old Milan and its neighborhoods. He was able to bypass the long Duomo line and showed us many out of the way interesting places we would have missed on our own. We had only limited time in Milan so using Emilio probably made the difference in our overall attitude and appreciation of Milan.

Our guide Katia was outstanding! She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and willing to accommodate our interests. Her insight on the Duomo's architecture made seeing this magnificent structure even more enjoyable. At the end of our tour, she offered suggestions for restaurants and other areas of Milan that might interest us.

I was in Milan on business for 2 days. This was my second visit to Milan and it wasn't a favorite city. In an effort to try to better appreciate all that Milan has to offer, I signed up for the tour. My guide was Anna, and we met around 9 am on Sunday morning. Anna is a delight and very, very, VERY knowledgeable WOW! Her command of English is excellent she is also very professional.
Although I will probably never love Milan as I do some other European cities, Anna's vast knowledge made me appreciate the opportunity to visit again. I will continue to use Viator as I travel.
