LOVED this tour! We had a great time seeing the highlights of Milan via bicycle. We were given lots of helpful and interesting information. Our guide was great and she provided lots of helpful hints to make our stay in Milan even better.

Great tour of Milan - we learned a lot about the history, culture and best places to eat, drink and shop. A brief introduction to the other participants would have been good.

We always book a Segway tour when visiting a new city as it's a great way to learn the history and see the sights. However, while we knew that this tour, 'By Night', would be in the dark, we were very disappointed to learn that in a city with such incredible history, the tour specifically focused on the high-rise modern skyscrapers, with us only having briefly touched on the real history.
Unfortunately, it poured with rain and was freezing cold, (nobody's fault), but the Segways themselves were old, very old, (with first-generation balancing ability) and as such, nowhere near as comfortable as newer and more stable machines. In addition, Paula, our guide, although pleasant enough, was somewhat condescending in how she repeatedly spoke to us and as such, it wasn't the overall experience that we've enjoyed thoroughly in so many other locations.
If you're first-timers (and don't know better) and are interested in learning about the recent history of 21st century skyscrapers made of glass and steel, (which are more modern than the Segways we rode), then you could do worse than book this, otherwise, I'd recommend taking an open-top bus tour instead, as you'll learn far more about the history of Milan and you'll also undoubtedly be far more comfortable as well.

Hi Keith, I'm sorry you had a bad time with us on tour! We do have a Segway Tour itinerary that visits the classic sites in Milan, however you didn't book that tour. You booked the alternative route that we offer, for those looking for a different angle on this amazing city. It sounds like the rain really dampened your mood, what a pity! Hopefully you'll come try us again, book a tour with an itinerary that suits what you are looking for and we will show you an amazing time!

Luigi was an excellent Segway teacher and guide. Milan both Old city and modern need to be seen from street level. We enjoyed our evening tour and our night visit to the Duomo, with the city alive with people.

Antonio was amazing and very knowledgeable about the city. Thank you and would definitely recommend this way to see the city by night!

This was our first time on a Segway. They are very easy to ride and within a short time we were able to take them around the city. I would highly recommend this tour. We saw parts of Milan we never would have seen on our trip and the city at night is absolutely beautiful! It was a very relaxing and fun tour.

Wonderful tour. Luca, tour leader is knowledgeable and entertaining.
It was my first time on a Segway and it's a great way to cover lots of ground

This was a great way to explore a different and vibrant part of Milan that I was unfamiliar with. Great tour guide Antonio and an easy, safe way to get around a lot of ground. Especially nice time for a tour in this hot weather. Sunset was beautiful. You’ll really learn to appreciate the modern quarter of the city and its architecture.

Our family of 5 had so much fun on this tour! We had smiles on our faces the whole time. Operating the segways was extremely easy and seeing the sights was even more fun at night. We especially enjoyed the castle grounds.

I took this tour with my daughters aged 13 and 10. We had a blast! It was a great way to see the highlights of the city and key neighborhoods, cover a lot of ground in a short period of time with a small group. The segway is easy to operate and very fun. Our tour guide was excellent, friendly, and accommodating.

The segway tour was amazing! We had a practice with the segways before we started the tour. Our guide was very friendly and we felt like we made a new friend. She showed us a lot of interesting areas of milan. She even gave us a surprize treat at the end! I would do this night tour again!
