Guida brava e preparata ma 50€ a persona per 1 ora di tour di 4 piazze senza accesso a nessun museo/chiesa credo sia davvero esagerato

Il tour che lei ha prenotato "Mantova Guided walking Tour" è un giro del centro storico che porta la seguente descrizione:
"Passeggiata per le vie e le piazze di Mantova, scoprendo la sua storia e non solo
monumenti importanti. Questo tour copre SOLO GLI ESTERNI (strade e piazze)".
Purtroppo siete capitati in un sabato in cui la Basilica di S. Andrea era chiusa nell'ora di pranzo quindi non siamo potuti entrare. Ho ovviato portandovi a vedere uno degli scorci più particolari della città che , di solito, incontra l'approvazione dei turisti. Mi spiace che non abbiate apprezzato la visita della città e che le vostre aspettative fossero altre...forse avreste dovuto leggere la spiegazione del tour prima di prenotarlo o forse chiedere preventive delucidazioni alla sottoscritta su cosa comprendesse la visita cosi non sareste rimasti delusi.
