Tammy did a great job curating a variety of local flair. In every one of the 3 locations it was a different style food, drink and environment. From a local bar with a unique flair on cashu to a "standing bar" filled with post-workday locals eating suchi to a curated sake. Certainly a way to get away from a tourist trap and experience a variety quickly.
On a logistics and leder note, Tammy was very proactive with instructions, accommodating to my day-of booking, and entertained my questions about Japanese culture all evening. He even taught me how to say happy birthday in Japanese to the sake sommelier!

This was a remarkable tour. Tammy was such a sensational host, and it didn't take long for me to feel comfortable even though it was just the two of us. Tammy introduced me to three glorious eating spots hidden around Sannomiya Station, and I made a few other associates along the way through Tammy. I was very happy I booked this trip, and would recommend it to anyone that wants a glimpse into what a fine Kobe culinary experience feels like. A++.
