Our guide Jorge was not knowledgable about Dublin, and had only lived in Ireland for a year (he moved from his native Columbia). He didn't even live in Dublin so was not very familiar with the area. He did not have informative answers when we asked him about certain sites and locations. We would have been better off with the group waling tour which was 1/2 the price! I believe Viator is a good tour company but they should not have assigned our guide for this tour; he was not ready to do this -- so ask about your guide when they assign one: how long have they done Dublin tours, how long have they lived in Dublin, etc.
