We loved learning the the history of the locations and sights! Definitely worth the money for the knowledge!

Pretty good…

It’s a really long day. If taking the Guineas extension take a snack bar or something because the ham & cheese toastee place has no options and 2pm isn’t really lunchtime. Check all stops are actually available when you are going.

Excellent Full-Day Tour with Sean!

Maria_W, Aug 2026
We had a fantastic experience on the Dublin Skip the Line Full Day Highlights with Top Attractions tour. Our guide, Sean, was extremely informative and educational, sharing fascinating history and interesting stories throughout the day. Sean also had a great sense of humor and kept us laughing, which made the long day of sightseeing even more enjoyable. He did a wonderful job keeping the tour interesting while making sure we had a great experience at each attraction. We learned so much about Dublin and Ireland and saw some amazing sights along the way. Sean was a fantastic guide, and we would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dublin!

Response from Host, Aug 2026

Dear Maria, thank you for such a great, detailed review! That perfect blend of substance and humour—where you're genuinely laughing while learning the layered history of Dublin—is Sean's real gift. His ability to weave together the stories of St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin Castle, and the full city landscape while keeping energy high throughout a full day speaks to what LetzGo City Tours is built around. Thank you for spending your day with us!

Allen , the man with the yellow hat , was AMAZING!!! He was very friendly, funny , professional and knowledgeable . He made sure that we saw all the highlights that one must see. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour . It was an overall OUTSTANDING walking tour ! Thank you Allen !

A wonderful experience

Denise_K, Aug 2026
This was a wonderful way to experience, Dublin. Janet, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and pointed out landmarks and things to do as we walked. By the time we finished, we had a good idea of what we wanted to do with the rest of our time in Dublin. We also enjoyed the sites included on the tour. As other reviews and the description of the tour mentioned, this is a lot of walking. Probably between four and 5 miles with a lot of standing in between so you do want to have comfortable shoes, but we’re ready to do it again.

Response from Host, Aug 2026

Dear Denise, Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're delighted Janet's knowledge helped shape your plans for the rest of your time in Dublin — that's exactly what a great introduction to the city should do. Your tip about comfortable shoes is spot on too; the Dublin Skip the Line Full Day Highlights with Top Attractions tour does cover real ground, and we always want guests prepared to enjoy every mile of it comfortably. Thank you again for sharing this with future travellers. We hope to welcome you back on another LetzGo City Tours experience in Dublin, Paris or London soon. Warm regards, The LetzGo City Tours Team

Dear Emily, Thank you so much for this fantastic, detailed review! We’re absolutely delighted Jimmy made the Dublin Skip the Line Full Day Highlights with Top Attractions tour such a priceless experience. His ability to bring the city’s key sights together into one seamless, memorable day is exactly what this tour is designed to deliver, and it’s wonderful to hear it’s become a special memory for you. Your tips are gold for future travellers — the live music and dancing at the Guinness Storehouse and the organ and choir at St. Patrick’s Cathedral on a Sunday morning really do add an extra layer of magic to an already unforgettable day, and a good breakfast beforehand is always smart advice given how much ground this tour covers. Thank you again for sharing such a thoughtful review. We hope to welcome you back on another LetzGo City Tours experience in Dublin, Paris or London soon. Warm regards, The LetzGo City Tours Team

A nice tour but not great

Raymond_A, Jul 2026
Very informative. Fergus was a good tour guide. I would end the tour at Trinity college. If you are interested in going to the Guinness brewery then just take a cab. No need for the additional walking through not great parts of Dublin. It also would of been nice if there was an actual tour at Guinness rather than just being dropped off at the tourist center.

Response from Host, Jul 2026

Dear Raymond, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're delighted to hear that you found the tour informative and that Fergus's guiding made a positive impression. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the route. We would, however, like to highlight that The Liberties is one of Dublin's oldest and most authentic neighbourhoods. Rich in history, character and local culture, it is home to centuries of fascinating stories, from medieval Dublin and the city's brewing and distilling heritage to famous characters and hidden gems that many visitors would never otherwise discover. In fact, the walk through The Liberties is consistently rated by our guests as one of their favourite parts of the day, largely because of the engaging storytelling and historical insights our expert guides bring to life along the way. It provides the essential context that makes the visit to the Guinness Storehouse even more meaningful. Regarding the Guinness Storehouse itself, the experience is designed by Guinness as a self-guided attraction, allowing visitors to explore the seven interactive floors at their own pace before enjoying a complimentary pint in the Gravity Bar overlooking Dublin. To make the most of our guests' valuable holiday time, we include reserved timed entry tickets, meaning there is no need to queue before entering one of Ireland's most popular visitor attractions. Thank you again for your thoughtful comments. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Dublin for another LetzGo City Tours experience in the future. Kind regards, The LetzGo City Tours Team

Response from Host, Aug 2026

Dear Irene, Thank you so much for this excellent review! We're delighted Mario's knowledge, thoughtfulness and entertaining style made your full day of Dublin's top attractions such an amazing experience. Covering this much of the city in one day, without ever feeling rushed, is exactly what this tour is designed to deliver. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. We hope to welcome you back on another LetzGo City Tours experience in Dublin, Paris or London soon. Warm regards, The LetzGo City Tours Team

Great Tour of Dublin!

indraneel_c, Jul 2026
Mario was an outstanding guide. He was super funny, knowledgeable and exposed us to a lot of great stuff. We really, really enjoyed him. If I were to give one piece of feedback, the tour runs from 9:30-roughly 3:30. There is no time to stop and grab a bit to eat. I noticed with the tour group that some of the people really were antsy because they wanted to grab a bite. It would be helpful in this program to start half an hour earlier and then stop someplace quick where people get get a quick lunch if they choose to have a bite to eat. Because this is a walking tour, there are tons of options. This is not meant as a criticism but rather as a way to improve an ourstanding experience.

Response from Host, Aug 2026

A day well spent!

Sean was professional and informative. A great story teller and guide. He had to make adjust for the closure of Dublin castle and it was perfect and fit right in!

Response from Host, Aug 2026

Sean clearly knows Dublin inside and out—adapting smoothly when Dublin Castle wasn't available and pivoting to something that fit perfectly into your day shows exactly the kind of local expertise LetzGo City Tours is built around. His storytelling brought the city's history to life in a way that made the whole experience flow beautifully, even with last-minute changes. Thank you for choosing LetzGo City Tours!

Overpriced for what you get.

DONALD_S, Jun 2026
The tour was very overpriced for what you got. Martin, the guide was good, but we really only toured the cathedral and walked around. The Guinness Storehouse portion of our tour was canceled and Viator would not refund us any money. We actually paid $50 to see it. Overall a very bad experience. Worst Viator tour I took.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you for your feedback. Donal, We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed Martin as your guide and appreciated the experience he provided. However, we would like to clarify for future guests what is included in our award-winning Dublin Highlights Tour, as it is much more than simply “touring the cathedral and walking around.” This carefully curated experience includes: • A guided visit to St Patrick’s Cathedral, Ireland’s largest cathedral, with its incredible history connected to Ireland’s patron saint and Jonathan Swift • A guided walk through historic Dublin, bringing the city’s stories, characters, and culture to life • A visit to Trinity College, Ireland’s oldest university • Entry to the world-famous Book of Kells Experience • Time inside the breathtaking Long Room Library, one of Dublin’s most iconic treasures • A guided visit through Dublin Castle, including its historic courtyards, medieval history, and gardens Our expert local guides provide the storytelling, historical context, and hidden details that transform these incredible locations into a much richer experience. Regarding the Guinness Storehouse, we are sorry there was disappointment. If this portion was cancelled directly through Viator, their customer service team manages any refund requests connected to their platform. We appreciate your comments and are pleased Martin’s guiding was a positive part of your visit

Fabulous tour - very informative!

Laura_C, May 2026
Truly a fabulous tour! Fergus was an outstanding guide, full of information and very personable. We had good weather that day, so it was especially nice to walk around Dublin and learn about a number of landmarks, as well as lots of Irish history. I would highly recommend this tour to get to know Dublin and see a few of the key landmarks, especially if it's your first visit to the area.

Amazing walking tour with Samantha

Christina_T, May 2026
We had an amazing walking tour with Samantha! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging from start to finish. Her storytelling really brought the history and culture of the area to life, and she made sure everyone felt included and comfortable throughout the tour. Samantha’s enthusiasm was contagious, and she shared so many interesting local insights that we would have completely missed on our own. The pace was perfect, and the whole experience was both fun and informative. Highly recommend this tour — especially if you get Samantha as your guide! And if you are with Samantha, highly recommend her restaurant tips too!

Excellent experience! Extremely fast walking pace.

Blaine_T, May 2026
Great seeing the sights! Really fun to see everything & skipping the lines was a huge win. They didn’t communicate the distance we were walking to the participants so we had a few less than mobile seniors show up. It would have been helpful to ensure they communicated more clearly to everyone the mileage & pace we’d be walking at as to avoid both delays & less than perfect expectations of participants. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who has trouble walking at a brisk pace for 2-3 miles. My wife & I are from Colorado & exercise regularly so we had no issues but if we were 65+ or in less than decent shape, it may have been a little uncomfortably fast of a pace. Lastly, if the guide spoke less, we could have walked slower. He had loads of knowledge of Dublin & loved sharing it but 5 minutes less of talking wouldn’t have been a huge sacrifice for a slower pace tour. I’m not sure if that could have been what pushed him to lead us at such a fast pace.

Michael was an excellent...

Nancy_S, May 2026
Michael was an excellent guide. He is very knowledgeable & personable. If you are booking the 5 hour tour that includes the Guinness experience please be aware the clip you walk at for 5 hours is very fast. I think the tour company needs to better explain that party of the tour.

Great locations!

Tasha, May 2026
Shamus was great. Friendly and a wealth of knowledge. He was super helpful with recommendations and his insight. The sites were great. The only thing that would have made this experience better is headphones. It was really hard to hear in the locations where he could not use his microphone. The downside was we had a group of very needy people. They wanted to stop for coffee, water, bathroom breaks (including being late at meet up times). This made us over 30 minutes late to the Guinness Tour. Given that we had another tour booked we didn’t get the time we should have at Guinness. This is not the fault of Shamus…except for maybe expectation management of the group and timing.

A walking history lesson - great day!

Mary_G, May 2026
A great way to learn about Dublin and Irish history. It is a lot of walking and there are not really any breaks built in. Our guide Seamus was very knowledgeable about the architecture and tying that to what was happening with the culture at the time.

Dublin all day

Tina_L, May 2026
Fergus was so fun and knowledgeable we learnt so much was very professional and we felt safe and all the skip the lines was fantastic we didn’t wait for a thing. Super great 😊😊😊

It was very...

nancy_l, May 2026
It was very disappointing! We never stopped for refreshments or food. The guide would point out places he liked and just kept going. By the time we finally got to Guinness it was too late for a tour. Probably for the best since we were so exhausted! We went straight to the top floor. Our guide did get us seats by the window and a pint to drink. This was after close to 5 hours!! I could go on, but I have spent enough time on this tour.It does make me pause before booking another tour with Viatour.

Jimmy was amazing we had so much fun from start to finish he answered every question super amazing loved it

Great introduction to the city!
