The worse experience they don’t pick you up the meet up spot was a lie I went there they oh no we change it last min i end up not doing it

We are concerned that you described our experience as the worst, since you didn't even get to do the tour. This was the worst service. The address on the ticket is incorrect, then we texted the wats app number and was given 2 other incorrect addresses. At this point the time was past the meet up time. They then said it’s nothing they could do.

Hello Good afternoon. We would like to know why it says that we are scam if at all times we were in contact via WhatsApp? when a people is going to scam you never provide true information about the place of departure, we sent you the address that we always send to all our clients, if your driver who you took did not know how to get there, his duty was to give you our telephone numbers so that we could help you get there. Another thing is that if we were scam we would not have authorized the refund when we received the support email from Viator. Since your review wroted is not true, we are going to take legal action since your comment harms our company.

WORST ATV EXCURSION EVER!

I booked this tour online for October 20 to ride the ATV. The bus arrived on time but couldn't speak english and we couldn't speak spanish so we both were standing there for 25 minutes until the bellboy was able to translate for us. The price we paid online was $49.00 but when we got there we were told that we had to pay an extra $36.00 for this tour. We was told that the price online was wrong. Nothing we could do but pay the extra price because we really wanted to go. we booked through VIATOR but was told the excursion was Caribbean tours (not sure what that meant). After we paid the extra $36.00 the tour guide wanted us to drive the BUGGIES instead of the ATV but we refused, so he had a REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD ATTITUDE. The 2 ATV we received were broken. Mine would stall out and the other 1 would just cut off. We was the only 2 on the ATV's and the both were garbage. This will be my last time booking through this company and yes I will be writing this same review on all the websites. I am still trying to understand why we was charged the extra $36.00?
