Do not book this activity as the tour operator never turned up!

Please do not book this activity through Viator. Although we received a confirmation email and a reminder email from Viator, we never received any confirmation or Whatsapp (typical of Crete tour operators) from a local tour provider. We turned up on time and waited in front of Historical Museum of Crete (as we confirmed during the booking) before 7:30 am and waited 45 minutes. The tour operator never turned up. We also did not receive any information that it has been cancelled.

a perfect replacement if you don't want to do the long samaria gorge.

instead of the samaria gorge we opted for this one as it is half the length. we were so happy we did, constantely you have rocks under your feet and sometimes you need to take big steps down. you need to be very well fysically but it is mentioned in the ittary. take it seriously but so many nice views . we loved it but were happy we did this one. we had three different languages in our bus and the guide spoke all three of them. well done .
