Itinerary
Make your way to the meeting point in the center of Bergen and settle into your comfortable bus.
Your first stop is the magnificent waterfall, Tvindefossen, which plunges 381 feet (116 meters) over the cliff edge.
Your next stop is Aurland, where you climb up to the Stegastein Viewpoint, a spectacular viewing platform that hangs 98 feet (30 meters) above the mountain’s edge and provides an amazing view of the fjord, mountains, and surrounding landscape.
Next, board your battery-powered boat for a cruise through the narrow UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord from Flåm to Gudvangen and back again.
Upon landing back at Flåm, you can buy lunch and explore the village before the return drive to Bergen.

My husband and I took the full day guided fjord tour today and it was fantastic. Our guide/driver, Stig, was great. His knowledge and love for Norway and her people was amazing. We learned so much about Bergen and Norway and saw so much beautiful scenery. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn and see the beauty of Norway.

The trip was excellent; our guide Maren was professional!!, very friendly, and talkative, sharing plenty of great information, while the driver, Tommy, was highly experienced. The fjords are stunning—words can hardly describe the sights. Tusen takk!

Overall a very smooth experience! Our driver was great and got us around in one piece. He told us facts about Bergen as well as some of our other stops. The van was pretty comfortable. It was cool to see Nærøyfjord and Flam. The 2 hour cruise through Nærøyfjord was very smooth and honestly, there is no bad view anywhere on the boat. After a while, we ended up going inside to relax. The inside area has plenty of seats and there are also food and beverage options. Flam was cool to see but honestly pretty busy with tourists since it is a cruise ship stop. We did a 45 minute stop in Flam which I think was pretty good but definitely very short if you want to shop, eat, and take it in. We ended up just going to the market to get some smoked salmon to snack on and enjoy the sun before our drive back.

Long day . Guide Nina was excellent and kept us informed through the journey with interesting information about the places on the way . Luckily the weather held and the Fjord cruise passed without any rain . Spectacular views , for some reason the waterfalls in the way had very less water so lessened the spectacular views . View from the “ Toilet “ one of the 21 views in Norway as per our guide were specatacualr although quiets a bit of time was spent navigating the narrow road done skilfully by our driver Eric .

We did not have the time to do Norway in a Nutshell and found this tour. It was fantastic ...saw everything we wanted to in a day. We drove through beautiful scenery in a Mercedes van for two hours, with stops along the way, to meet the ferry. We spent the next two hours on a ferry ride through the gorgeous Fjords! Stunning views ....the ferry was delightful and never felt crowded. We had an hour long stop in Flam, and then were picked up by our driver, Stieg. On the way home, we were driven to an incredible lookout point for photos. Stieg was fantastic....knowledgeable, personable and an excellent guide and driver. We couldn't have asked for a better day, tour or guide.

Mini bus is very comfortable, the tour is very prompt and efficiently run, plenty of bathroom breaks (even for this 5 months pregnant lady!) I liked that the tour was split so you really are only with a group of about 15. Lovely photo ops along the way too. The drive back is a little tough if you get carsick

This was an all day tour - from 8 am until 7 pm. It's a long drive from Bergen to Nærøyfjorden/Flam fjord cruise/tour. Thomas was a great guide. He was entertaining and informative - give us a short tour of Bergen as we left the city and along the way to our cruise drop off point. He also showed off his driving skills as he carefully thread his way up and down the narrow mountain road to Stegastein viewpoint. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would gladly tour with Thomas again.

Stig is an amazing and thoroughly knowledgeable guide and the scenery was breathtaking.
Travelling by minibus with a small group makes the journey comfortable navigating the roads with ease.
The highlight for me was catamaran cruise through the Nærøyfjord UNESCO world heritage site that National Geographic named the world's most unspoiled heritage site.
Finally to overlook the fjord was simply breathtaking.
We learned so much in a short space in time.
Would highly recommend this tour for travellers wanting a stress-free fjord experience .

Bjarte is the best driver/tour guide that I've ever had. He is a local and knew lots of interesting tidbits about the area. He kept us informed and entertained dueing the 12 hour day. When there was a crash in one of the tunnels on the way back home, he immediately knew how to avoid it and was able to get us back quickly. 10 out of 10 would travel again with him.

This trip was amazing. The fjords were incredible and the drive to the boat was gorgeous. Our driver, Bjarte, made the entire experience better in every way possible, even when traffic and unforeseen delays occurred. If you’re thinking about experiencing the Fjords in Norway, this is the trip to do it on. Great cost, better experience.

This tour was exceptionally well organized, our guide, Stig, was outstanding, and the scenery was simply breathtaking. If you do only one excursion from Bergen, make it this one.
Traveling by Mercedes minibus keeps the group small, making the journey comfortable and allowing you to navigate the roads with ease.
The undeniable highlight is the two-hour catamaran cruise through Nærøyfjorden, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that National Geographic once named the world’s most unspoiled tourist destination. We also enjoyed panoramic views high above Sognefjorden, Norway’s longest fjord and the second longest in the world. In my admittedly uninformed opinion, it’s also the most beautiful.
From start to finish, this was a seamless, memorable experience. Between the spectacular landscapes, the knowledgeable guide, and the intimate group size, this tour exceeded our expectations and is one we would recommend without hesitation.

If you come to Bergen, you must do this tour. I was so sad when I saw there was a 100% chance of rain, but even with the rain, the views were still absolutely unbelievable. Our guide Thomas was funny and gave us a lot of good info. Don't skip this!

This was our first time visiting Norway and of course wanted to explore and experience the fjords. We could not have picked a better excursion to get a glimpse of the beauty of this country. Pick up and drop off couldn’t have been easier, the itinerary was perfect and manageable, and our guide Bjarte was incredible. We learned so much and packed in so much in a short amount of time. Overall the tour was amazing, especially because of the tour guide Thomas. He was so personable, funny, and knowledgeable. We loved how he included his own personal experiences to understand life in Norway. The fjords were jaw dropping. I did like the view from the viewpoint after the fjords tour, however, I wouldn’t suggest going there until Norway figures out the traffic situation better. The road gets super traffic jams causing hours delay! Thomas many times had to get out of the van and direct traffic just so we could get through. He was a hero, however, I don’t think the viewpoint is worth that hassle for him or the tour passengers. I would recommend everything about this tour but that.

A detailed email was received the day before tour. Was able to meet up the guide with no issue. The mini bus was very comfortable. We had a great tour guide to give us some background of Norway history on our way. He’s also very considerate to give us quiet time on the way back on the bus.

We really enjoyed this tour and felt very relaxed the whole day while getting to see all the most amazing views in the Bergen area. The mini bus was comfortable, the driver was safe and our guide was amazing. Ida was knowledgeable, bubbly, friendly and her English was impeccable. We are now watching and rooting for Norway in the World Cup!
