The boat ride was fun, especially the tour guide. He made the journey pleasant and memorable. Unlimited drinks was a good choice too. The pizza was rather cold by the time we received it. Nevertheless, I would always recommend this tour. Was enjoyable.

If I could give a zero I would!
We purchased 4 Canal Cruise tickets for Amsterdam The Original Pizza cruise with unlimited drinks in April 2026.
We got the confirmation and tickets. When we got to the pier and tried to check in they did not have tickets/reservation for us. We were told Stromma Nederland has had several problems with Viator transactions. We were not the first. . The cruise was full, we were unable to board. Still working on a refund!

I already was a few times in Amsterdam, but this was the first time that I did that atraction. I really liked and recomended. Even in rainy days, the boot has glas roof.
We saw some important places in Amsterdam.

Nice boat tour with pizzas. The service was ok and fast. Viator should, however, communicate the meeting point (correct pier) better.

Brilliant trip and service. They made sure drinks were kept topped up and you weren't left empty. They also gave you some interesting facts when sailing around. The only downside was the pizzas were not hot and literally just about to go cold when we got them. I dread to think how they cope on a full boat. I understand they want to give everyone the pizzas at the same time but I would have much preferred they just made them and dished them out asap after they were ready. Even if it meant eating at a slightly different pace than the rest of the party. Compliments to the team on board though. For the price I would recommend.

Amazing trip pizza was lovely drinks and service was outstanding couldn't recommend this enough we'll definitely be doing it again..
The only one thing I would suggest if you like dip with your pizza take your own as this is the only thing you don't get in the service.

Even though kids are allowed on this tour, I wish I had not taken mine with me. Maybe it was my naivety, or just bad luck but as it was unlimited drinks there were a couple of parties had clearly 'pre gamed' before getting on and then proceeded to act out and made my 14 year old very nervous and pretty much ruined it for her and I. One group was sat by the toilet and every time someone went they banged the door repeatedly and shouted and held it closed when the occupant was trying to leave etc. Staff did their best but it was 3 against many. Pizza was great and when I could get the staffs attention (they were busy trying to handle the louder groups) drinks were good too, but because they were occupied it was hard to get their attention. They were clearly trying and kudos to them but overall this wasn't the best experience for us and did not live up to expectations.

easy to find , got aboard and was asked which pizza we would like and had about 5 options, alcohol was included this consisted of wine or beer but soft drinks also included, nuts was also on the table
To nibble on , staff on the boat was very friendly. We had a lovely evening the pizza was lovely but I would say , more information/history should be given as a lot of the trip itself the guide was not talking through which was a shame , canals looked beautiful at night and we are glad we done the trip

As a group of ages ranging from 70 to 3 we all enjoyed the pizza cruise. The tour was informative as it went through the canals of Amsterdam. It was a delight to see all the lights. Staff were very attentative and friendly. The kids get colouring in sheets to do as well so that was a great bonus 👌 defo a must do on your trip to Amsterdam

Pizza was awful. The captain barely gave any information on the sites we passed. The staff seemed bothered every time we asked for a beverage. One positive was that we stayed dry from the rain.

Interesting route but there was almost no narration on the trip. The pizza was kinda cold. Nice staff but overworked. One person didn’t get the pizza they ordered and gave the crew a hard time. We got two drinks quickly but didn’t see any more “unlimited”. Felt sorry for the crew.

Paid for a tour with unlimited drinks and pizza.
Ended up with a boat trip, with virtually no tour other than being told about some house boats costing about €1,500,000 with a licenses - literally it.
Stopped for the pizza collection, carried on the ‘tour’ and found out they hadn’t ordered my pizza. Was told it was ‘being fixed’ and then they told me that they’re very sorry, but I won’t get my pizza.
They literally had 1 job; provide a tour and pizza and I ended without a tour and no pizza at all.
Dissatisfied would be an understatement!

Very friendly staff, crew and captain. Captain “black beard” he told us to call him was witty and informative and made the cruise fun and relaxed. The two crew members were attentive and friendly. Was 100% worth the money! Throughly enjoyed the experience.

We had a great time seeing Amsterdam by boat while snacking on nuts and pizza with wine. We were fortunate with the weather and our captain and guides entertained us with stories about historical and present-day Amsterdam throughout the trip. We would definitely recommend this trip to other travelers.

We did not actually do the experience. For reference they put nuts on the tables as appetisers and two of our party have airbourne allergies. However,Jordan that we dealt with was absolutely amazing. We ended up going on a normal river cruise and it was fantastic

Pizza was cold and nasty. Did provide us with plenty of Heinekens though. Boat ride was smooth and comfortable. There was minimal talk from staff…no tour guide of city if that is part of what you are looking for.
