We started with a look around the market as she told us what each ingredient was used for. We then enjoyed cooking with Sopheap (Pip). She was very good at explaining what to do and helping when needed. Pip spoke very good English and had a great personality and sense of humour. The preparation and cooking was well organised. A fantastic experience ...

A fantastic experience not to be missed. Our guide Tom was an exceptional guide, very informative about his home village and the differences between daily life in the wet and dry seasons. Whilst we only saw the village without water we still found it extremely interesting- a beautiful village with beautiful people. Tom was friendly, chatty and gave detailed answers to all questions . The afternoon was topped off with a lovely meal and sunset over the Tonle sap lake, at the floating restaurant. Thank you also to the bus driver who ensured a safe and comfortable journey with the added care of refreshing wipes and cold water at suitable breaks.

Great class! We did a quick tour of the food market asking lots of questions. Then back to the classroom where we chose three dishes. The class was well organized with portions and ingredients ready. Our Chef was lovely and personable providing great direction.

Ron was a very good guide. Informative about the food and history of Cambodia. He took us to places we would’ve never found on our own and the food was delicious. We lucked out and were the only two on the tour, so it was like having a private guide. Leah was training with him and she was also fun.
