We can pickup from ALL Siem Reap city hotels. PLEASE ENSURE you provide us with your ACCOMMODATION (HOTEL) DETAILS. Otherwise we cannot pick you up. We need your hotel details at least 24 hours before pickup time. The tour leaves our office or waiting lounge at 8:30am. Pickup is from 7:40am to 8:10am. Since a more exact time cannot be given, we suggest our customers to be ready at the hotel lobby by 7:40am.

An incredible experience combining nature, culture, and fun. Our guide, Chanda, was the best guide we had in Cambodia. Very kind, with a deep knowledge of Cambodian culture, history, and religion. We started with a visit to the Kulen Mountains, with stunning views and fantastic photo opportunities, and ended with a fun afternoon of swimming in the waterfalls in the same natural park. Siem Reap Shuttle Tours provided our Group of 11 with an absolutely wonderful experience and adventure to Kulen Mountain and Waterfall. From being picked up on time and as promised to an excellent lunch to being returned to our hotel comfortably and on time the entire experience was a wonderful day long adventure. The logistics of the day were flawless, but what truly made the day was our Tour Guide Chendra. Intelligent, friendly, courteous, helpful, professional, all those words describe him to a tee, but what really makes him stand out is his dedication and passion to his profession and his culture. Chendra was an absolute joy to spend the day with, and no task was too small or went unnoticed by him. From helping serve lunch to helping individuals at the Waterfall to being an absolutely amazing Photographer, there was nothing Chendra couldn't or wouldn't do for our Group. His detailed and insightful descriptions of what we were doing and where we were, and how they wove into Cambodian culture and history, were beyond amazing. This is a worthwhile trip to add to any itinerary to Siem Reap. A bit off the beaten path as you'll learn along an admittedly bumpy ride (which the driver Veng navigated as well as he could given the condition of the roads), Kulen stands out as a special landmark that benefits from a more relaxed vibe on account of the fewer number of tourists that make the trek there compared to other sites in the area. Tola was a friendly and knowledgeable guide, and the photos he took at the overlook are some of my favorite from my visit to Cambodia.
Do yourself a favor and book this one next time you're in Siem Reap. I promise you won't regret it.

The tour is exactly like the description. The provider, Siem Reap Shuttle, contacted us the day before to offer the lunch options, and to let us know when the driver would come to the hotel. Our guide, Nara, was really informative about the history of the country and the places visited, and also a very good and helpful photographer. We just thought that the waterfall was a bit too crowded to enjoy.

The places we went to were lovely. Howeve, getting there and back was awful! The van we went is was very worn out inside and the seats were uncomfortable. The road to Kulen was so bumpy you have to hold onto something all the time! The facilities at the restaurant we ate at were primitive at best. I wouldn’t advise on going on this tour unless you’re super adventurous and don’t mind feeling nauseous from t he trip!

The road leading up Kulen Mountain is a rural, winding mountain path that can indeed be quite bumpy and challenging, especially compared to the paved roads in the city. We are sorry that this caused you to feel unwell. Regarding the van, we take your comments seriously and will have our maintenance team inspect the vehicle immediately to ensure it meets our standards for guest comfort.
Additionally, as the mountain is a protected national park and a remote area, the local facilities and restaurants are quite traditional and 'rustic' compared to those in Siem Reap town. We appreciate your honest perspective, as it helps us manage expectations for future travelers who may prefer a more modern setting.
We are glad you found the locations themselves lovely, and we hope you were still able to enjoy the beauty of the waterfall and the thousand lingas.

This is a fun trip for discovering some of Cambodia’s rugged natural beauty. Our tour guide was deeply knowledgeable and very friendly, if extremely and frustratingly verbose with a tendency for over explanation. Our tour guide Nara started the trip with a vast description of Siem Reap’s history, and his humour made the trip fun! Nara helped us and the group take amazing photos and provided us cold water as the weather was hot that day. It was an adventure venturing on the cliffs, and the amazing waterfall! The 1,000 lingas were mesmerising and interesting. Nara has such a great character which makes him a good tour guide! Thank you for showing us the mountainous wonders of Siem Reap Kulen Mountain!

A lovely tour seeing some interesting places but the highlight was the beautiful falls. Ra was an excellent tour guide and we all had a lovely day. Overall it was a little expensive given this 1 day Tour cost more than our 2 day Angkor Temples Tour? Still worth doing if you have the time.

I had an amazing experience on my tour in Siem Reap with Kingkong. We visited the 1000 Lingas, Thom Pagoda, and the beautiful Kulen Waterfall. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing history and insights that made each stop more meaningful. He was also wonderfully accommodating—always checking in, adjusting to my pace, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the day.

John Long and our driver Vy looked after us exceptionally well. We had a great day visiting the cliff in the Kulen Mountain Park, the river, 1000 Lingas, the Preah Ang Thom pagoda and finally the beautiful Kulen waterfall. All were well worth visiting. John gave us lots of information along the way. We had lunch at a local restaurant where we were offered 3 different choices of menu. Thanks, John and Vy.

Excellent way to see the national parks around Siem Reap. Sam, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and really helped us better understand Cambodia and its history whilst introducing us to the national park. We had a great lunch too, very local with good background on the spices used from Sam. Whilst it is rainy season, we were still able to take a dip in the river pools, close to the waterfall. Definitley worth the trip. Saw incredible natural beauty, including the waterfalls and other views along the way.
Sadly, I was hungry much of the time. There was nowhere to stop for lunch. The much mentioned croissant was pretty bad and we didn't get it until very, very late in this all-day event.

We want to assure you that we do schedule a stop for lunch as part of the itinerary. It sounds like there was a significant miscommunication or a logistical failure on this specific tour, and I will be looking into what happened immediately to prevent this from occurring again.
Regarding the food is free
Lunch: We do have lunch stop there at local standard restaurant around 12-12:30 pm.
The Croissant & Fruits: I understood you disappointment a croissant each and fruits you received is generally provided as the vegetarian option for the first, (Lunch time), and not intended as a full lunch replacement. We regret that it was not up to standard and that it was given to you so late.

We had a great trip to Khulen mountain. It was really nice to go and see the Cambodian countryside, the whole family loved it. The walk down the river of the 1000 Laginas was lovely and it was fascinating to learn about the ancient water filters from John's explanations. The reclining buddha and surrounding sanctuary was interesting. John the tour guide explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. Lis drove the bus very well allowing us to stop at local shops to try the market stall foods such as the apple custard fruit. The icing on the cake was the local cambodian picnic (served in local banana leaves) and the swimming under the Khulen waterfall. There were basic lockers and changing rooms at the waterfall which allowed the whole family to swim. Everyone enjoyed this trip. I thoroughly recommend this trip, it makes a nice change to the temples.

Very good experience. Lok was knowledgeable and managed the timings and schedule really well. Would highly recommend. Quite an immersion into Hindu and Buddist culture for anyone who likes to learn more about eastern religions.

This was a great experience overall. Our tour guide Lok was very knowledgeable and shared a lot about cambodian history on the way to the waterfall. The tour itself was very cool we saw the 1000 lingas and reclining buddha and then went on to see the waterfall at the end. The picnic lunch was very yummy as well. I would highly recommend doing this tour with Lok.

I had the absolute best time in the Kulen Mountains! I can’t decide which I liked more, the panoramic view, 1000 Linga, the reclining Buddha experience, or lunch at the waterfall. All offered unique experiences, all topped off with the information provided by our amazing guide, Chenga. He has the biggest heart and a ton of knowledge. Our driver was also incredible and was an experienced driver on those mountain roads! Highly recommend this tour!
